Our experience with MBSW online was excellent. Mark followed up my enquiry extremely quickly. He was helpful, attentive and very knowledgeable about the car. The process was efficient and the car was carefully delivered by James who spent over an hour going through the controls.

The service at Mercedes was very good, especially from Nicci Davies and her colleague Leah. Everything was very well explained and the end to end process from looking to purchase to completion was very smooth. Would highly recommend the show room, commend Nicci and Leah for their customer service.

I called Mercedes-Benz South West regarding a C300de on the website, Lauren was very good and clear from the outset on price, options & what was included (i.e. national delivery) within the sale.
We concluded a deal the following day.

Excellent first class service with all involved with Mercedes-Benz South West from Fin’s live video session then Megan sorting the paper work and delivery schedule to the delivery driver. Everyone friendly and professional I could not ask for anything more.

Dani came in on a Sunday to allow us to test drive as this was our only available day. The car needed a alloy wheel refurb and a paint touch up. This was all done, and delivered the following Friday!

I decided to have a search on Autotrader for a fairly new AMG GLC 43 as my local dealer did not have one. I found that Mercedes-Benz South West had a couple of low mileage under 12 month old examples. I called the business and spoke with Lauren Allanson-Bailey who was extremely helpful, I had a lot of questions and I was somewhat apprehensive about purchasing a car with a high value without seeing it from a dealer that was approaching 200 miles from my location.

Lauren and the team were able to assist me to select the one I wanted and deal with the transaction whilst I was away in Dubai. Everything went smoothly even down to the transporter delivery chap being friendly and an extended part of the team.

My experience of buying a car was made so easy and stress free. This was done by the wonderful team at Mercedes Benz Exeter. Nicci was so helpful and made sure I got the right car for me. Her advice was great and really helpful. She has definitely been a great person to buy a car from. She made sure that the car was in top condition and made handover so special and very memorable. The rest of the team Ross and Leah where wonderful and very kind people who all had a hand in my car purchase. I am loving the car and puts a smile on my face every-time I get in it. Thank you to all the staff who had a hand in my car being so wonderful.

Excellent and first class customer service - everything that you should expect from a Mercedes-Benz dealership and they did not disappoint on this.
I dealt in buying and taking delivery of my vehicle via Fin & Megan who were both very professional, courteous and accurate with all the information that i requested.
I had a very good part exchange valuation for my vehicle against their EQC, the car was delivered and as detailed to me and I would be more than happy to deal with Fin again, even though they are 260 miles from me!

The whole experience of my car purchase was excellent. I registered my interest in the car and spoke to Lauren that same day who talked me through the whole process and ensured that I knew all the features of the car as I only saw the vehicle online as I live in Surrey. When I found out the car didn't have a feature I wanted (sensors) Lauren obtained a price for it very quickly and booked it in. Lawrence then provided further updates on the progress of the car checks all the way up to the point of delivery and then Lauren provided a video of the vehicle just before delivery to show the condition of the car.
The delivery of the car was also extremely good and the gentleman who dropped the car off ensured that he explained all the important features that I'd need to know in order to get the car on the road.

All in all it was an extremely pleasant and stress free way of buying the car, just liked you'd expect from Mercedes and the team showed this. I would definitely buy another car from the same team again.
