I recently bought a CLA from Mercedes-Benz South West and when I tell you this was the best experience I’ve had with purchasing a car. Mark, Michael and Maddie made the purchase of my GLB and part exchange of my car extremely easy. I was sent a list of all the cars in stock that matched my criteria and then brought the car to me in my lunch break for a test drive. Very knowledgeable and answered all emails very promptly plus came back to me on a part exchange deal quickly. A very smooth transaction.

One of the best experiences I have had, buying a car. From the first point of contact with the salesperson, Dani Salmen, to the actual purchase with Dani and Michael Graham to the follow-up support from Maddie Andrews, everyone gave excellent service throughout. I felt from the first connection with Dani he was always quick to respond to calls or e-mails. He always contacted me when he said he would and was professional to deal with. Michael supported the process all the way through and even when were discussing finances there was no pressure, just information, which is what I liked. Dealing with Maddie was really good, she talked me through the collection process and followed this up with an e-mail explaining everything. I recently px’d my older Mercedes GLC, also purchased from MB Southwest, changing it for the brand new model GLC. Hence my second experience with the super sales team there. I was fortunate to be introduced to Mark Bramwell who dealt with, and answered my many questions about this new model. Throughout the whole buying experience Mark exceeded all my expectations. I recently purchased a Mercedes GLE 450 4Matic AMG Line Premium from Mercedes Exeter - I was looking for a dark blue vehicle, and I am happy with the purchase. Fin and Lawrence were outstanding and professional; they offered the best advice, and Micheal delivered the car to my home despite being over 300 miles away - I appreciate how patient he was in explaining how it operated and even had a test run. I also appreciate Megan for her prompt communication with regard to the relevant documents. Overall, I had a great experience, and I highly recommend Mercedes Exeter.

Buying my new car has been an absolute pleasure with Mercedes South West.
Since I first made contact with Alex, right through to the handover process with Megan and then the delivery with Garry, the level of service has been excellent!

The process was simple, the deal Alex put together was the best on offer and the complimentary delivery to my door was so convenient.

Only thing I am disappointed with is that I won’t be able to use this dealership/garage for my servicing, but I’ll definitely be back in touch once it’s time to change my car.

Joe explained the process of retaining my Smart car after the lease contract ended and he arranged for any necessary work to be done on it. Any hiccups in the process were picked up really quickly and resolved really efficiently.

I bought a Mercedes GLE 450 AMG Line Premium Plus from Mercedes-Benz South West Online. I was looking for a GLE petrol version black or blue colour. I went to carwow which helped me identify the possible options. From there I connected with MB South West. I got a professional prompt reply from Fin Clouder. He even sent me a detailed video and was flexible with his timings, even going beyond his typical office hours. The entire process was smooth. Once selected, Megan Ellis from Finance team was very helpful and receptive to my queries and requests for change. Extremely good condition fantastic car delivered at my door step by John who was kind and patient enough to explain to me all the controls and even gave me a short "test-drive". Overall very good experience and very satisfied.
