I've had an amazing experience purchasing my A180d with the assistance of Lauren, Lawrence and Megan. The team went above and beyond to ensure I was able to receive my car on time, whilst remaining extremely professional, helpful and efficient throughout.
Fast and clear communication was kept throughout the process, and the team ensured that all queries and questioned were answered.

Was initItaly very cautious about purchasing my car on line however with the excellent support from the salesman (BA) at MB South West I very quickly gained confidence. The whole experience was smoothed out, every detail covered to my satisfaction and a positive outcome achieved. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the delivery to my house, some 450 miles from Exeter, worked perfectly. My commendation goes to the salesman and the delivery driver, both being knowledgable, polite, efficient and very supportive.

Dealing with these guys is like a new different way of buying a car. Lauren and Lawrence are pro's.
They look at your situation and your budget and make the process so easy and straightforward. Absolutely enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish. Their attention to detail is amazing and nothing is missed.
I will definetly be buying my next car from them. Highly recommend this dealership.

When looking for a car for, I always look for a reputable brand with professional and knowledgeable team members that are not driven by a ‘hard sell’ and this is what I got from MB South West. I traveled a 6 hour round journey to visit Fin at MB Exeter, having never had a MB before, I asked lots of questions (I’m sure some were a bit daft) and Fin was great at answering them all with confidence and integrity. After I bought a car, both Fin and Megan kept me informed and were there if I had any more questions to ask.
The car was delivered 6 days later by a great guy too (didn’t catch his name)
All in all a great service, I would certainly recommend and will go back again.

Received an amazing service from the beginning till the handover from Bailey and Megan. There was a small issue so couldn’t take the car home after viewing it, but it got sorted straight away and they got it delivered for free after rectifying the issue. I’ll definitely come again in the future if I need another car. Wish I could receive this type of service at every dealer! Very kind and helpful staff.

As of 10th March 2023 the car is still not repaired. Two months and couting for a problem which I reported on the second day I purchased the car on 18th March 2022. Can't believe its coming to one year and still they can't fix the issue. Why did they sell a faulty car is beyond my understanding. They are also not doing the right thing to accept responsibility and take the car back. I will keep you posted my trustpilot friends.

A quick update; as of 09/02/2023 the car is still not fixed. Fyi, the car went for repair on the 09/01/2023 for the fault which I reported on the second day I bought the car on 18th March 2022. I will keep posting the updates on repairs.

I bought as S class from them last year. The car was delivered with broken clock, blinds etc. AC didn't work. No quality check whatsoever. I reported an issue of noise and vibration under the accelerator when i received the car in march 2022. The car went almost 15 times to workshop to fix issues. As of today the issue remains and the car is in workshop for the last three weeks. Their manager is very rude and not helpful at all. They sold a faulty car and they are not taking responsibility. I have suffered alot of stress due to this. Do not buy from them. Go anywhere else but not them otherwise you will suffer for months like me.

I decided I needed a replacement vehicle, and the process could not have been easier. I dealt with Lauren, who could not have been more helpful, thank you. Very thorough in the detailing of the vehicle I decided to buy. Lawrence was also excellent with follow up with any questions I had. I needed the vehicle quickly, and they pulled the stops out to make it happen. Would recommend. Cheers!

Jess was incredibly helpful when purchasing a used car. We came down from Bristol for a particular model and we were given excellent service and assistance when choosing. Brilliant Salesperson and would buy again from Mercedes Exeter.

I personally can say my experience with Mercedes has been awesome I had a lovely guy called dani and Lawrence. They were both helpful managed to get everything sorted for me. This was the first time buying a car from Mercedes Benz and I can say my experience was one of the best dani and Lawrence made sure everything was done correctly and fairly easy.
If you was to buy a car from Mercedes then these two guys are the ones for you and highly professional and know the job right, polite well spoken people always ready to help with everything and hands down was one of the best customer service I received when buying my car.

We purchased a Mercedes A class a220 amg line. From the beginning to the end they have been brilliant. In particular we dealt with one of the managers John Paul. He supported with everything including a small hairline crack on the windscreen aswell as the non activation of apple carplay.
Issues are expected to arise however how he handled them was absolutely brilliantly. Once all the repairs were conducted he arranged a video call with us to ensure we were satisfied. He kept us updated on a daily basis via email/phone.
Really happy with the service from Mercedes benz especially the transactional manager Mr John Paul.

With my 2-year Contract Hire deal coming to a close and a new vehicle awaiting, I contacted MBSW to discuss my options. Having experienced less-than-satisfactory previous CH ending pantomimes, I wasn't expecting much. How wrong I was!
The care, professionalism and assistance afforded by Joe (Hurrell) was outstanding, accommodating and exceptional in every way. I was offered consideration and personalised options which were beneficial and obliging, allowing me to close off my CH in THE most suitable manner. Thank you, Joe.
