Great experience with the team at South West Mercedes. Great communication from Michael, Mark and Georgia, very friendly to chat to, and do business with. Made the buying experience a pleasure.

I made an appointment with Dani to view and test drive a Mercedes GLC.He greeted me as soon as I arrived , showed and explained all about the car. We drove the car which performed perfectly. We decided to purchase the car with a couple of blemishes rectified. What I was most impressed with was Dani’s commitment together with Georgia’s to keep me updated on the time scale relating to collecting the car. WhenDani saidhe wouldring he always did ! Michael explained several benefits which proved useful in my decision to add alloy wheel insurance.
I was afforded 5 star service by this company. HIGHLY recommend

Micheal brought the car to my home so I could view and test drive, great service, Danni and Maddie were great in the preamble and subsequent administration. Robin delivered the car, nothing was to much trouble, I would recommend to all my friends.

We are based in Essex so the process was quick and easy via phone and email. Very happy and would definitely recommend!

Saw the car on there website and called. Spoke to Fin who answered all my questions and gave me a call back later in the day. Done all the paperwork via email with Fin and Maddie, both make the process easy and simple. We arranged a pickup day. Very good service by both Fin and Maddie. We were given a thorough walk through of the car controls. Helped taxing the car while we were to here. Then drove away. All very simple and straightforward.
