Rykeneld Court - Kadenia
Just wanted to say how awesome our house manager Kadenia is in carrying out and sorting anything out for us residents. We have lived here for the past 18 months and nothing is too much trouble and her attitude is fabulous towards showing immense patience with all of us. Under no circumstances must you transfer her or risk a revolution here at Rykeneld Court!! Thank you so much Kadenia

I visit one of the residents at Beeches Gate in Aberdeen a few times each week, and I am always impressed by Amanda. She is consistently friendly, professional and incredibly helpful.
My friend and everyone who lives there really appreciates everything she does.

Personal contact with staff was excellent at Yelland Place. Representative Nora was very helpful and informative. Flat manager Mandy is exceptionally kind, proactive and helpful.
Mum is renting her property and there were a few hiccups with paperwork from central office but these were quickly resolved with help from Nora and Mandy.

I’ve just moved into the Roman Court…
I’ve just moved into the Roman Court development in Middlewich, Cheshire and I am happy to say I am delighted with everything. The quality of the fitments is first class and the other residents have been friendly and welcoming. We have a good social life with meals out, meals in, coffee mornings and entertainment. There is an outside seating area with tables, chairs and umbrellas for when the sun shines. It is also a comfort having a House Manager (Jo) who overseas the day to day running of the site and maintenance of the building.
I have lived in Middlewich previously but living now in the centre of the town I am amazed at its convenience which I didn’t realise before. All within walking distance of the flats are three supermarkets, two butchers, two doctors, chemist, library, several cafes, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. There are also diy shops, carpets shops, a fabulous card shop and even a sweet shop.
My Council Tax is cheaper, also I don’t pay water rates or buildings insurance and I think my heating bill will be cheaper as I no longer pay for gas. The gardens are maintained so I don’t have to pay for compost and plants or buy seed and nuts to feed the birds so I think all that easily offsets the monthly maintenance charge.
Moving here I think was a very good decision and I look forward to many years in my new home.

I was trying to find accommodation for my friend from Gosport
I was trying to find accommodation for my friend Jose from Gosport as her husband had died. She had lived in Wroughton for 30 years before moving. I contacted Caroline Craig Cordell at Locksview we meet and she gave me all information for Jose. She was amazing very helpful and arranged for Jose and I to meet her when convenient for both of us. It was Caroline's information, friendly lovely disposition that persuaded Jose to move back to Wroughton and Locksview. Caroline made her move easy, answering all questions asked, her knowledge was excellent and Jose was first to move in. Caroline gave exceptional help and Jose and I are grateful for the ease when moving home to a beautiful new MC Carthy flat overlooking the canal. She is very happy and enjoying all the friendships made living in Locksview. Thank you.

Very positive experience of Jacob Place, Saffron Walden.
My mother has been very happy since her move to Jacob Place. Deborah Boorman was so helpful in making the moving process as smooth as possible. Alexa Coyle has been very welcoming as well as thorough and well organised. All the staff have very kind. I know that my mother will be safe and that any problems will be picked up promptly.

We were looking for a flat for my dad to downsize to, at a location near to family. Jasmine and Hannah were fantastic, answered all our questions and there was no pressure to commit. They spent time with my dad and Hannah was extremely patient with him and we made a couple of visits and each time the staff were friendly and welcoming. We spoke to a number of residents and they were nothing but friendly and praiseworthy about the venue.
Jasmine helped navigate the financial and contract processes. She got back in touch promptly which made things so much easier.

Michael Court, Sale Gtr Manchester
Mum has lived happily in Michael Court for 9 years. From moving in she settled in well and mixed with the other residents with the various communal activities held either in the lounge or in the lovely garden area.
Mum was extremely happy as the location was perfect for her to get out and walk into Sale and Ashton Village or walk along the Bridgewater canal. Also easy for her to access public transport to get bus or tram to Altrincham, which she liked to visit.
As mum became less active she was happy and wanted to remain in her home in Michael Court. We as a family supported her decision. The last 5 years has been difficult for mum but she has remained with family support and a care package.
Fiona Cartwright the house manager and Debbie of the care & lifestyle team are extremely supportive. They take genuine interest in the residents and have been excellent support alerting us as necessary, as we have manoeuvred through mums various challenges since the covid era and her discharge from hospital earlier this year.
It's a comfort having mum close by and allowing her to retain her wishes to remain in her home in a lovely development with the right support.

This Apartment complex is a fabulous place to live . The residents are friendly , approachable , always helping and supporting each other . My Mother Sheila lived here for eight years until her passing this year . She loved the atmosphere , the friendships she made , the activities , meals and evening entertainment arranged and the support provided by the residents and the House Manager Amanda . As her daughter , i was reassured by this support .
The House Manager Amanda is amazing . Her support , advice , guidance and friendship to me and my Mother , before , during and after my Mothers illness and passing i will never forget . She has made the whole process easier with her support , kindness and willingness to help wherever she can. The McCarthy Stone Resale department handled the sale of the Apartment with professionalism , kindness and ease .

I would like to express my thanks to Vanessa Deans for all the help and support she has given me in resolving a parking problem that had plagued me for years. Vanessa found a practical solution by allowing me to use a much better parking space, making a tremendous difference to me.
Today, when a badly parked car reduced three visitors’ parking spaces to just two, I brought it to Vanessa’s attention. She promptly contacted the driver, helped resolve the situation and advised that it should not happen again.
Vanessa is always approachable, helpful and proactive in dealing with residents’ concerns. Her actions today are another example of her commitment to making Hampson Court a better place to live.

Such a happy time for Mum
We wanted to move Mum down to Southampton to be near us and in the family home she was becoming isolated. It was the best thing she could have done! She loved it at Hampton Place, joined in social activities, sat out on her patio and “ put the world to rights” or read her book. Previously an avid reader mum had switched to magazines but the stimulation at Hampton place had her back swapping books and visiting the library. Relatives visited and we used the lovely guest suite for some of them. Maxine, the manager really goes “the extra mile” hosting quizzes and fun activities, providing extras and amazingly coming in under budget on the service charge every year Mum was here.
The flat itself is so well planned, easy to manage and low maintenance. Lastly it has to be said the the residents themselves are a really lovely bunch and so supportive of each other. It was always a pleasure to visit Mum at Hampton Place.

I moved into Valley Court with my husband in May this year and we have now settled in to this very warm and friendly community and I now say its our extended family. I have known this community for a number of years as my sister and her husband live here already. This help with our decision to make this our new forever home. It’s great, there is always someone to chat with, so you never feel alone. The house manager Lorraine is so approachable and nothing is too much for her to sort, arrange, point you in the right direction or just have a laugh with. I recently looked to visit family in Bristol, so Lorraine took me through everything I need to do to arrange a night stay in a Guest Suite. Lorraine also likes to work with the homeowners when holding events like parties or Fundraisers, and she is so enthusiastic about everything. This really makes Valley Court the best place to live. Lorraine, keep doing what you are doing as YOU make a difference.

I have been at Trinity Court for just a year now, it was one of the best moves I have made. People are very friendly and helpful. The House Manager Debbie has been very kind and has guided me through all the settling in procedures. Jameson gate guest suite
Recently stayed in the guest suite at Jameson gate,
House manager nick has the property beautiful, the guest suite is clean fresh and tidy with all amenities, such a nice environment laughter is heard every morning, all the resident's are very friendly, will definitely be booking again.

I moved into Brooke Dene Court
I moved into Brooke Dene Court three years ago after the loss of my husband. I settled in right away from the start with the enormous amount of help from the House Manager Elaine. She is the reason it is a pleasure to live here, she is always ready to help anyone in need.

Really have to thank everyone at Holly…
Really have to thank everyone at Holly Place in Cobham especially House Manager John who assisted my Mum recently after she had a fall .
Its very reassuring knowing my Mum lives in a caring and supportive community especially when I live and work some distance away .
John even stayed with my Mum after his hours of work had finished . Now thats dedication and very commendable .
