From my initial phone call to Gledhill Response customer service to the engineer, Aarone, visiting my apartment, the service was first class.
Convenient date booked and the engineer examined the fault and told me the problem would be corrected with new parts.
He was extremely polite and pleasant , worked quickly, cleared the unwanted parts away, cleaned the area and left the bathroom spick and span. Thank you for the great service.

Always arrive on the time arranged and sometimes earlier. Leaving everything clean and tidy exactly as they found it. Prices very reasonable for their annual contact. Always give good service when faults reported. Arrange annual boiler service/check every summer and technician does thorough job, is polite and efficient. Thank you.
