The staff at Eastland Grange are amazing. They are kind, helpful and generally all round stars. Each member of staff really cares and all of this is under the careful management of Katie. Katie is a great manager, nothing is too much trouble and the residents are very lucky to have her. Particular mention also goes to Ange who is an absolute credit to McCarthy and Stone

The staff are excellent and look after everybody with a smile. The building and public area are enticing and attractive

Sam Grimbleby is an asset to McCarthy & Stone. Sam is friendly, approachable and always happy to help. There are regular events at Homestead and Sam will check in with my Mum. I particularly like the little personal touches - sending a Valentines flower or making sure the communal area decor include seasonal detail (spring, summer) and cheery message on the white board. Thanks!

Jackson Place is an excellent place to live. We have a wonderful, vibrant community with an excellent social life. Our House Manager , Emma supports everyone and/or organises most of our wide variety of activities. Our monthly calendars informs everyone of what activities have been arranged. Emma is an excellent communicator with all home owners, she is professional; caring and ensures that we all live in extremely safe environment. Emma recently reorganised our community notice boards as well as other notice areas. The new format for displaying our notices now look very professional and this certainly gives all of our visitors to Jackson Place a very good impression.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Aleks Clayton at McCarthy Stone for her advice, knowledge and understanding regarding entitlements. So helpful and professional. Thanks again Aleks.

A good friendly house manager that can't do enough for you often going over and above to help. I've been more than satisfied with the way Mccarthy and stone have dealt with me and would recommend them to anyone.

I have lived at Jackson Place in Alcester for 8 years and it is a wonderful location and the House Manager is a real true friend and has always helped me when l need assistance no wonder we were given the best site in the recent survey. I have many very good friends and could not wish for more. A big thank you to all concerned.

The food is good, but it would be great if it were locally sourced.
The carers are very good. Entertainment is also varied and very interesting.
There are too many excellent members of staff to mention. They all go above and beyond to make our lives comfortable and to make Lyle Court a good place to live.
Catriona and her great team always have our welfare at heart.

Re. Orchid Place, Exeter. Kelly Murch, Chas and the team have been exemplary in all aspects. Kelly, in particular has answered our questions in a professional and genuinely caring manner.

Aleks was so helpful and knowledgeable helping my Mum to fill in the 32 pages to claim attendance allowance, she took time to listen to my Mum and explain the hole process.
We would highly recommend this service for anyone who needs help.

Our initial point of contact was Sammie Gass who guided us through the process very efficiently.

Dad had decided that, at the ripe old age of 98, renting a property that offered Assisted Living would be of benefit whilst his existing flat was being updated as he wanted to remain there with a live in carer. He had chosen Virginia Water as his preferred location.

Niccy Cooper processed the documentation as quickly as possible so that we could meet a preordained program to get Dad’s essential belongings and furniture moved in before he arrived later in the day.

That said, it’s a fantastic atmosphere and the staff have been incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Estates Manager Vengai Chimanga and his team at Augustus House.

I wonder if Dad’s nesting there now….🙂

As one of the sales team Natasha was always willing to listen and assist with any problems which occurred at Strawberry Hill Gardens during the buying of y property and subsequently after moving in. This did not change when given the task of both Strawberry Hill Gardens and Couralie Court.

Joanne dealt with our initial enquiries, she was quick to respond, very helpful and informative. Excellent service. She was so patient with our situation.

I’m a resident at Jackson Place Alcester we have the best manageress in Emma Wiggins she organises many events which we can join or not depending on how we feel,she will help us with any problems we have medical or otherwise,and the twice weekly coffee morning she keeps us updated,I feel moving here was the best thing I ever did Thank you Emma from Bernard

i am a service provider and attend Roman court on a regular basis i would like to nominate Joanne Birch the house manager since starting at Roman court i have found Joanne to be very pleasant polite lady who is extremely hard working and nothing is to much trouble for her, her relationship with homeowners is wonderful to see as they all appear to have the greatest respect for Joanne and all she does for them.

Natasha was very helpful when we purchased our bungalow . Originally we were going to sell our property privately. Natasha explained the part exchange scheme which would run very smoothly. We went down this route and was extremely happy with her help because my husband has many health issues. She is a very caring person - she heard about my husband having a fall recently and emailed me to see how he was. Natasha is a hard worker who is very professional and cares about her residents in Norwich. ( Strawberry Hill Gardens)

I stayed overnight as a guest as I was visiting friends in Lichfield. Aideen was very helpful and gave clear instructions on how to access the building, wifi, etc. She even answered my queries on her day off. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. A couple of the residents were also friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

We received excellent customer service from both Beth and Joanne, would definitely recommend.

My parents moved into Buttercross Court 2 months ago and it has been a very positive experience. Although we didn’t buy the apartment directly from McCarthy and Stone, the support we had from Karen the manager was exceptional. She has been extremely kind and thoughtful to our whole family from the start. Karen gave very clear guidance on how the development operates and was very helpful with the moving-in process. My parents have been made extremely welcome and Karen is always available to help them if they need it. She checks up on them regularly and is always cheerful and positive. My parents are thoroughly enjoying participating in social events, some of which have been organised by Karen, and they feel safe in their new home. We are so grateful to Karen for helping my parents cope with such a major change to their lives and we cannot thank her enough.
