I would not use them again.
Please feel free to use them, if you enjoy chasing the supplier for a delivery time, or being diverted to phone lines that are not active, or receiving no notification about the time of delivery on the day, or waiting the whole day for the delivery to take place.
I learnt they outsourced their delivery - their management needs to know they will lose business if they dont have a handle on their delivery process.

Late delivery, told by customer support that the delivery would be the next day three days on the trot, then told it would be three days later for definite but yet again delivery didn’t turn, it came two days later over a week later then original delivery date, due to this my company lost £1800 in labour cost,

Small. delivery, the driver arrived on time and was very helpful and pleasant. He placed the goods in my garage as I asked, which was extremely helpful.
The only negative is that the pallet was not taken away, so now I have to dispose of it. Seems very wasteful.

Easy to order with selected delivery date. Delivery was on time and efficient. Bricks all appear in perfect condition and well packed.

Purchased Wall blocks from Marshalls through Wickes on 24th May. Got an email from Marshalls the same day confirming the sales order X2433588 Order Placers Ref 120/249397 and delivery date of 30th May between 0800-0430pm.

On 30th May we called them at least 10 times to get an ETA. Was promised call backs with an ETA from the delivery partner but no delivery, no call backs.

Wasted whole day waiting for the delivery.

Next day on 31/05/2024 received an email from pallexgroup.com stating that the order will be delivered by Pall-Ex UK delivery partner Trans UK Logistics Ltd between 13:09-15:09 by their driver xxx.

Again, no delivery, no communication. Called Marshalls after the delivery time expired. No help, no empathy, no resolution. Washed-off their hands.

Called them the next day 1/6/2024 umpteen number of times and wanted to speak to their manager without any avail.

Finally delivered on 03/06/2024.

We had to pay the contractors for the two days for doing nothing and went through immeasurable stress.

Decide yourself if you want to deal with such an apathetic, unresponsive, unhelpful and unreliable supplier. Mind it, they charge around £100 pounds for delivery without any accountability.

The account team flagged us for fraud. For the second time. Creating all sorts of difficulty and inconvenience. We have two stage security with the bank, and the delivery address is the same as the card address.

Well , I preordered a half pack of porcelain slabs that match my existing patio of the same. It took a while for this to be organised as only whole packs were available. I paid for the half pack and a date that suited me. This date became unacceptable due to driver and lift operator availability. It eventually got delivered 3 days later, but prior to this new estimated date I phoned to make sure. So for me, it wasn’t a problem. A tub of jointing compound was missing. This was rectified by another phone call and it was sent out 2 days later. Overall I’m not complaining as the product was a good price. Customer service was great.

Sourced blocks I wanted. Ordering from the website was straight forward. Paid by bank transfer. Given delivery date and have received invoice in my inbox with tracking details

Marshall’s came highly recommended. They had the exact flags that we wanted at the best price. They arrived and were delivered on my drive on the stated date. The current job is now complete but if we choose to extend further I know I can get more to match if needed.

Efficient prompt service

I purchased paving flags on 3rd may. I was then given the 9th may from their email for delivery. No delivery arrived so I telephoned their delivery help line & was told I had the wrong number so I checked there delivery email & pressed redial on the same number, I was put on hold until the line went dead. I phoned again & was told they would call me back, they never did I also sent emails with no reply. I opened a dispute with PayPal for no delivery then 20 days later I got refunded from PayPal.
