Good service

Having to phone the helpline because of making a fundamental mistake ordering driveway blocks I was helped by a very courteous and pleasant Lady who corrected my ordering error and the blocks were duly delivered by a similarly courteous Gent, who together deserved a 5 if not 6-star review.
To justify my 3 star review it was the quality of the large blocks that I was not happy with, the small and medium sized blocks were fine, unfortunately out of the 420 large blocks some 52 were badly cracked or broken in half, so in order to complete the drive it was necessary to do a lot of extra cutting to making smaller ones from them and had I been aware of this I would have ordered packs of small and medium blocks and not the project packs.

It's quite hard to get extra slabs. So I required an extra 12, instead all I could get hold of was the pallet size (44). When I spoke to them, they gave me a list of marshals stockist but not who stocked what and I spent hrs driving about for no reason since no one in my area had the slabs.

Was unable to purchase an order I made on the Marshalls online site. After making my purchase and received a confirmation email, I was contacted by their sales team who accused me of fraud. I requested what made them come to this conclusion and consequently raised a complaint. It has been over two weeks since I filed a complaint to the manager of sales and have had no feedback. And surprise of lack of correspondence from such a well established company. Also, I feel I have been mistreated with unfounded defamation of my character without any explanation why and something I ever experiencedin my life. I was willing to collaborate to resolving the issue with them. But that seems to have been dismissed. On this first experience with Marshalls, I would not recommend anyone dealing with this company who clearly seem to be an unprofessional trade.

Great product quick service

requested natural sample 900*600*50mm and then I ordered slab accordingly. But the slab I got are totally different colour which I ordered and slab have different colour marks in it. Like black shades, white shades which makes tiles dirty. They are not clean and look like cheap kind of product. I am not happy with the product.3 emails send them had a very bad experience . I orderd slab sample and if you send me payment sample then it was not my fault. I orderd what I asked for but after 3 emails you still putting blame on me.
