We recently purchased paving from Tobermore and couldn't be happier with the experience.

Josh, our sales representative, was outstanding from start to finish. He was very responsive, friendly, and professional, even calling out to our house to take measurements personally. Throughout the installation process, he regularly checked in with us and followed up afterwards to make sure everything had gone smoothly.

The products themselves are excellent quality, and the pricing was very competitive compared to other options we considered.

Josh also recommended a contractor, Andy Galloway, who did an amazing job. His workmanship and professionalism were first class, and we're delighted with the finished result.

Overall, we're extremely happy with both the service and the products and would highly recommend Tobermore to anyone considering a landscaping project.

Great service from Josh at Tobermore - from the first contact, site visit and sample materials. Providing a list of 'Approved Contractors' in my area provides a good level of assurance that the work will be delivered to spec. Delivery of a large volume of material was excellent considering physical access and space restrictions. Materials are exactly what was chosen - all topped-off by amazing and professional work from AG Contracts. Great finished project - every detail as per design, no mess, no fuss. Thank you!

Yes I am writing this review in frustration at the way Tobermore are trying to fob me off! If I had any choice I would not have rated Tobermore 1 star when writing this review. I am very disappointed in the way Tobermore have dealt with my complaint. How can a reputable company approve a contractor post completion and then completely hold the contractor responsible for the rapid deterioration of the blocks after I raise a complaint? Whilst using pictures of the completed job to advertise their product? After sales refuse to call me to discuss my complaint, address my concerns and offer any guarantee should their rectification work not resolve the problem. Instead they expect me to accept my contractor (their approved contractor) replacing all 500+ blocks across my driveway with chipping across sides/ corners (not just on cut edges), pitting/ surface damage and splitting/ cracking (growing by the day). My driveway will look like a patch work quilt? There is no guarantee removing the current damaged bricks won’t damage the surrounding bricks which appear to be undamaged at the moment. If this was your driveway would you accept this? Tobermore its time to engage and reach a mutually acceptable solution for all parties! You have my contact details …

We, along with a neighbour, recently had our drives relaid using Tobermore Sienna Graphite blocks, after reviewing the colour on Tobermore's website and sample board. Whilst the installations were done to a high standard, we both queried the colour as the Graphite bore no resemblance to the website or samples insofar as it was much lighter. The installer confirmed that other customers had also commented on the colour. After the installer and supplier got nowhere with Tobermore, I was given Tobermore's After Sales Support contact details. I contacted them by email on 28th May, which was ignored. I sent a reminder on 12th June, which was also ignored.
I know that Tobermore state that issues such as this should primarily be dealt with by either the supplier or installer but, in this case, neither has had any success with them over this matter. We both thought that Tobermore would have at least showed some interest in customers concerns, but apparently not, without even the courtesy of acknowledging my emails. As a result we would both be very reluctant to use Tobermore products again and can certainly not recommend them as a company to deal with.

** Update 26/06/2025 **
Tobermore have, once again, failed to reply to my email of 10 days ago in which I pointed out that I am fully aware of the nature of efflorescence. It would be extremely unusual, if not impossible, for efflorescence to affect every single block uniformly so that the basic overall colour changed. In any case, efflorescence is predominantly a temporary phenomenon and is, in fact, now no longer visible on our blocks. However, once again, efflorescence is not the issue in this case. With the efflorescence now gone the basic colour of the blocks still does not match that shown on Tobermore's website or the sample board which the installer showed me prior to installation. It's incredible that the company just won't admit that the colours are different, a fact that was confirmed by a Tobermore representative that visited the site. Come on Tobermore, just own up!

Had our back garden re paved last autumn in Tobermore Maddison and just had our driveway done in Shannon slate to match the rear colour. Both sets of paving look amazing, the quality of them is first class. Both areas were laid by Scott Landscapes of Southport, who provide a first class service with a great bunch of guys, nothing at all it too much trouble for them, I would highly recommend if you live in the area. Jason the Tobermore rep who visited our property was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We've had both front and back garden done using their flags and we are so happy with them. Neighbours near by have asked which ones they are to. John the rep from Tobermore was absolutely fantastic! He gave us advice and answered any questions we had in choosing the ones which suited us best. He made the job alot easier. Very nice man and very helpful. Thank you John!

I had Tobermore Sienna installed for my driveway, Mayfair (with a Sienna border) in my garden, and the Tobermore Secura Lite retaining wall system. The installation by JA Paving was generally good, and they handled the process efficiently. However, I was very disappointed to find that sleepers and other waste materials were thrown outside the fence into a nature reserve area instead of being properly disposed of.

Additionally, after-sales support has been subpar. The driveway slabs have been unstable despite interventions, with one slab chipped, and the patio border has sagged. I've had difficulty contacting the installer, Joseph of JA Paving, since December, and attempts to follow up with Tobermore have been frustrating. Despite promises to resolve the issues, communication has been poor and no action has been taken.

Overall, the initial installation was satisfactory, but the lack of responsibility with waste disposal and inadequate after-sales support have left me disappointed.

UPDATE:
1) Tobermore has reached out and have inspected the site. They have promised to get it sorted.

2) To respond to Niamh, thank you for your response. Please note that we were told by the installer that the guarantee is backed by Tobermore that is unmatched in the industry; and that Tobermore will help sort issues even if the installer goes bust. It is on this basis that we commissioned the installer for the work.

Firstly ,it shouldn't be a star at all , it should be MINUS 5. After ordering over 70 square metres of Sienna Block Paving (graphite/ silver/mid grey) once laid it became obvious that alot of blocks of the mid grey were sub standard (not fit for purpose) on contacting Tobermore their rep visited site and he said in his opinion they were fine but he would contact quality control about it , he never actually bothered to get back to us with an answer. Our installer purchased the blocks from Jewsons builders merchants , l contacted them about my complaint with Tobermore , Jewsons agreed ,they were far from perfect , they put forward a solution to the problem , that Tobermore supplied a pallet of blocks and Jewsons bought a pallet and recompensed the installer for relaying them , Tobermore refused point blank ,they said they had carried out extensive investigation ? Funny how they did that, as rep never took away a sample of any blocks , all they had were pictures of drive, they buried their head in the sand and refused to help. Jewsons supplied us with two pallets ,at their expense (would they have done that if nothing was wrong with them?) l don't think so.
The after sales customer service from Tobermore was disgusting , even after writing to three company directors , we didn't get a reply until after Jewsons had done their bit and sorted the problem, even then it was basically (HARD LUCK Jewsons will sort it)

My local builders merchant stock Tobermore products and from the 1st time I walked in and seen the display stands I knew what I wanted!! (Well I thought I did)

The merchant arranged for the rep to come out as they offered a visual representation of what my drive could look like.

Russ attended with a full quota of samples and we talked through all options and he then took photos and within 4 days I had received an email with 3 options.

A great service and concept and helped me decide what product I wanted.

I had my block paving laid professionally 18 months ago and Tobermore Pedesta grey blocks used. Over the past 6 months every single brick has developed little potholes marks all over them so clearly a bad batch and the Prime Top is breaking down. I contacted them but even though they claim to offer a 25yr warranty they told me to speak to my paver, not them. I expected them to offer an inspection at least as you’d think they’d be keen to see what’s gone wrong with their manufacturing process but apparently not. The warranty claim is nothing more than a gimmick because let’s be honest the public don’t buy from Tobermore the paving companies do (see who is leaving reviews) so they’ve made it impossible for me to access their 25yr warranty or any kind of support

Absolutely love this company the products are outstanding an my rep if I need anything or any information I know I can count on Ollie I would recommend any paving contractors to just on board with tobermore no1 in the game
