Highly disappointed by this company.
We purchased a SIM with data at an international airport and were told we could use it in our daughter's phone once she went to New Zealand. Once she got there we realized it was the wrong plan so he contacted Lyca at least four or five times each times for help adding an international plan each time they told us that they would help us put international roaming data on but it would never happen. I also reached out via email and chat and were completely ignored. Unfortunately, it cost us a small fortune to keep our daughter's phone on until she was with someone who was able to purchase her another Sim within New Zealand, she is 10 and could not purchase one herself.
We are yet to hear back from anyone about this 2 weeks on
I would NOT recommend LYCA mobile to anyone.

To be fair, Lycamobile offers competitive rates and bundles; however, enabling auto-renewal without my explicit consent is unacceptable. I found out by chance!!!
I have submitted multiple complaints about this practice, and Lycamobile has repeatedly promised full compliance; yet it has occurred again.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience, always automatically selects autorenew and challenging to get rid of it again, deducted twice from my account and customer service incapable of cancelling the deduction. Only reason why still with Lyca is their roaming in UK and UA, other than that stay away from this scam.

Ich habe nie der Nutzung meiner Telefonnummer zugestimmt, doch das Unternehmen verwendet meine E-Mail-Adresse und sendet Nachrichten an mich, obwohl ich dort keine Mobilfunknummer registriert habe. Da dies ohne meine Unterschrift oder Zustimmung geschah, handelt es sich um Betrug unter Verwendung meines Namens und meiner E-Mail-Adresse. Ich fordere eine Klärung durch dieses Unternehmen.
