Jag valde detta abonnemang eftersom de erbjöd ett väldigt attraktivt paket: 100 GB och fria samtal för 99 kr, med villkoret att automatisk förnyelse är aktiverad. Efter en del mejlväxling och kontakt med kundtjänst lyckades jag även porta mitt nummer från min tidigare operatör till Lyca Mobile.
Inledningsvis fungerade allt bra. Jag var nöjd både med samtalskvaliteten och mobilnätets hastighet (jag bor i Göteborg). Jag aktiverade dessutom automatisk förnyelse och fick ett SMS som bekräftade betalningen och att prisplanen skulle förnyas automatiskt, vilket tydligt visar att allt var korrekt inställt från min sida.
Problemen började denna månad, då jag plötsligt inte kunde ringa några samtal alls, trots att internet till en början fungerade. Kort därefter slutade även internet fungera. När jag öppnade Lyca Mobile-appen visades dessutom mitt gamla nummer (före porteringen), och det stod att jag inte hade någon aktiv prisplan.
Jag kontaktade kundtjänst via telefon och följde deras instruktioner (logga ut och in igen), men problemet kvarstod. Ärendet registrerades, men jag fick ingen bekräftelse. Nu har det gått över 52 timmar utan lösning, och jag kan fortfarande inte ringa. Det enda företaget har gjort är att ge mig 5 GB extra data, vilket inte löser kärnproblemet.
Jag har varit i kontakt med supporten flera gånger, men får varje gång beskedet att jag måste vänta. De har även antytt att problemet kan bero på att det saknats pengar på kontot, vilket inte stämmer. Jag har upprepade gånger erbjudit att visa bankutdrag som bevisar att det funnits tillräckligt med pengar hela tiden.
Jag tycker detta är ett mycket dåligt sätt att hantera ett kundärende. Jag har följt alla instruktioner och ändå blivit utan fungerande tjänst i flera dagar. Bemötandet får mig dessutom att känna som att felet ligger hos mig, vilket är både frustrerande och oprofessionellt.

⚠️ WARNING: Stay Away from Lyca Mobile Norway – A Company Built on Lies and Incompetence!
I am writing this to warn everyone: Never get Lyca Mobile. If you want a carrier that actually works, respects its customers, and keeps its promises, Lyca Mobile is the last place you should go.
1. Paid Services That Do Not Work
Despite having their XXL package and topping up my balance with extra credit specifically to call businesses in Sweden, the service is completely blocked. They take your money, but they do not deliver. They have placed a restriction on my card even though I have paid and have the legal right according to the contract to make these calls. This is nothing short of a scam.
2. A Customer Service That Lies to Your Face
For three consecutive days, I have been in contact with them regarding an urgent matter.
• Day 1: They promised the technical team would call me back. No one called.
• Day 2: They repeated the same lie. "We will solve it today." Still no contact. They completely ignored the fact that I was in an emergency situation.
• Day 3: After sitting in phone queues for a total of six hours, I finally reached a supervisor. He admitted that the customer service agents had been lying – they hadn't even escalated the case to the technicians!
3. Scandalous Treatment and Zero Professionalism
When I confronted the supervisor about the lies and the mishandling of my case, do you know what he did? He hung up on me. This is the "leadership" at Lyca Mobile. They are rude, aggressive, and completely lack basic social skills. They talk down to their customers and show zero willingness to compensate for their own massive failures.
4. Pure Manipulation
On a Friday, they told me it would take "24 hours" to get a response. When I asked if they were even open on Saturday, they said no. They are literally trying to trick me again by promising a resolution within a timeframe when they aren't even working.
Conclusion: Choose Another Operator!
Lyca Mobile Norway is not a serious company. They have no customer care, no technical competence, and no morals. They take your money and leave you stranded when you need them most.
Do yourself a favor: Throw away your Lyca SIM card and choose a provider that actually treats you like a human being and not just a target to be cheated out of money.

lyca mobile is scammers they take your money they dont send out sim cards after your order there is no customer service and you cant log in you need the number for that
you are locked out without the number they are supposed to send after order i didnt get a konfirmation of the order on my email totally locked out !!
if you order your internet is relayed from france so you need to translate every webpage and you end up on webpages in another language and you also pay in advance and there is no way of getting your money back.. they are cheap but they dont deliver and one thing more... if you miss a payment for a single day you lose your discount and charge you full price..
also mms is not supported you wont be able to send mms messages........... this is just a warning do not order from them then you wont need the headeche......

This review is regarding Lycamobile customer center. I don’t remember the name of the person who answered my call. However I called regarding transfering my lycamobile number to another service provider. Though it is a loss of business for them by I am transferring from Lycamobile they kindly assisted me on how to fix it and I truly want to put a review on that experience

Horrible customer service, never get proper reply's. Never received my SIM card but kept charging me for monthly payments. Sent emails, called multiple times and it is a nightmare to get fixed. Never order here!!
