Awesome company, wonderful staff, highly recommended.
My girlfriend and I have had many items from Little Booteek over the years and have always found them to be polite, courteous and helpful. The orders are always as they should be and arrive in the time stated in the product listings. The products are excellent.
I have no hesitation in recommending Little Booteek.

I have been a customer for a few years now of Little Booteek and I have never been disappointed, even in the mystery subscription boxes. There is so much care and attention that goes into each item and everything is so well made. The owner is really helpful and you can see that they care about each customer and they go the extra mile to make every order special.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Little Booteek to everyone and anyone, you're not just buying an item you are buying a bit of love, heart and soul with each one.

I've been shopping at LB for a couple of years now and have always had a good experience. Carol goes above and beyond to help her customers and the LB group is fab.

Paid for special box - waited 12 weeks for box to arrive. When it came I was highly disappointed. I contacted and asked for a refund and was advised it was non-refundable.
There was an item in the box which was meant to be a particular size - didn't look like the correct size. There was no size tag on the item and as it was underwear couldn't try item on and try sell on. I did some research and the brand the used for the underwear does not make it in the size I requested. I questioned this and was told that they buy at wholesale. When I asked for measurements I was told they didn't have one. When I tried to question it further was told rudely that they would discuss the matter with me any more. I asked for the companies details so I could get the measurements myself and again was told they wouldn't discuss it further.
I see other people advise the were unhappy with the box to which led to comments being turned off and those that weren't happy being slagged off on owners personal page which is linked to her business page.
Very disappointing no only with the poor customer service.

I have been a customer of little booteek for about a year have ordered regularly and not had much problems apart from a free necklace that never arrived but they refunded me my p+p but I recently ordered the nightmare before Christmas mystery box, which for me was very disappointing when it arrived! It did take a while to get to me but it was stated that this would be the case so I was ok with this! As it is a mystery box they cannot be returned but they have a Facebook page to sell/swap things, which I posted it on to sell, other people commented on this post to express there own dissatisfaction with the box, one item particularly that can easily be bought very cheaply from sites such as wish/Ali express etc. And this was bought up in the thread. The owner of this company then proceeded to comment that she wasn’t happy with the comments on the thread which yes is understandable as she does put a lot of effort in to boxes but unfortunately you can’t please everyone!
But then she posted about it in her own personal fb page letting everyone comment rude things about me and the other people involved in the original selling post which is highly unprofessional in my opinion, will not be using this site again!

SO although this took a while (this was stated prior to order) to be put together it was worth the wait! It came in time for winter when you want to layer up!
In my mystery box I received a hoody with snow white on the back looking skeletony awesome! A candle, a necklace (Cheishire cat), 2 stickers (which I am going to put onto some candles for my candle collection) and a poison apple soap.
I am thoroughly happy with my purchase and will buy again in the future.
I already have an eye on loads of items on the website so come on Xmas money! Helloo new year buying sprees hehe!

Have been shopping at Little Booteek for a couple of years now and cannot fault Carol and co. Fab products. Lovely alternative gothic style which totally takes me back to my younger days. Products do take 2-3 weeks to arrive but they don't disappoint. Quality is fab. Own a few pieces now from here .... and can't wait to own some more

I love Little Booteek and all their little branch offs. Carol and her team and amazing. Friendly and unique, always going out of their way to help. I've had them source specific items for me and even had issues with one order but they kept in contact and resolved it with great service. You can get advice and information quickly, great bargains and deals in their many groups and lots of cool brands including Carol's own Spooky Kook. Cannot recommend more!!

Fantastic company, beautiful products and awesome customer service. Makes you feel important to them rather than just trying to get your money. Cannot rate them highly enough.

Excellent range of items at competitive prices. Plus sizes are available whenever possible but many brands just don’t make a decent range of sizes, so that’s out of their control but can be frustrating! Their own awesome brand, Spooky Kook, always has a brilliant range of sizes so let’s hope the bigger brands catch on soon!

Excellent customer service with dedicated hard working staff. The owner and her staff works tirelessly to ensure she provides the best service possible for her customers.

The company has a number of Facebook groups for their regular customers and they work hard to build strong personal relationships with them all. They work so hard, running auctions, flash sales, competitions, weekly free gifts, different types of box subscriptions and many other activities every week. If there is a problem then it will be resolved quickly by Karen or Carol.

I've been shopping with them for a good couple years. I'm plus size (20) so there isn't much choice out there for me when it comes to alternative clothing. They have their own brand, spooky kook, which goes up to I believe a size 26 or 28. Their accessories are fab, they hold 'auctions' and give aways. They even do payment plans for shoes!

I also love that they're a small business and the owner is always involved with the running of the social media pages and sales. She works her bum off to get everything dispatched, she helps with any problems.

Brilliant service and quick replies to any queries you may have about an order. Haven't had a bad experience.
