Excellent customer service, the little booteek team always go above and beyond for their customers. Each customer is treated like a friend and there is no judgement on the pages that follow little booteek. All you get is support and amazing customer service and a network where you can be yourself. This page is beyond the best out there for everything!! Highly recommend x

UPDATE: I was contacted with a voucher as an apology! Therefore have upped the stars based off of the previous purchases I have made in the past (not the two that went wrong!)I have bought a multitude of items from Littlebooteek over the years and generally have not had any issues and their products are amazing. However, the past two times I have ordered items I have been quite disappointed :( ... the first of the two times my order did not arrive at all (However, this may be royalmail who have lost this? I was refunded so wasn't too much of an issue and the lady I spoke with was delightful and very helpful!). The second of the two times, I ordered on the 29/04 and there was no sign of my package after about 4 weeks (even though the order had been updated to 'shipped' on the 24/05) I knew they generally can take 3-4 weeks, so contacted to ask how long it would most likely take after being updated to 'shipped' and was told 1-4 days... after 5 days the lady said she'd find the tracking and I was then told they hadn't even been packed :( and to make matters worse 2 items ( 1 of which was the whole reason i bought the other items, as it was my fave!) were now not available as they hadn't been sent/ran out... I was refunded for the two items but it may have been nice to have had more of a sorry seen as though my order was extremely late and incomplete! I totally understand that Littlebooteek is a small business and I have been following and purchasing from them for years (since 2014!!!) So kind of feel a little let down as a loyal customer... I'll probably still buy from them again... but I am a little upset over the matter!! x

Fantastic website with extremely competitive prices, they always go above and beyond to give brilliant customer service and the fact you get a free gift with every order is an added bonus. I'd rarely use anywhere else now.

Orders state that they will take 8-10 days, have waited two weeks and still not received anything. Wrote an email to them asking for my stuff and was given a short one back stating that "We state on the website that the in stock status relates to the supplier not ourselves. It is outside our control if they do not ship the order on time." Only thing that was stated that it takes upto 8-10 days.... However, it is good quality clothing when it finally arrives so, as long as you can wait just that little bit of extra time then it's worth the wait.

Although shipping from this company is a slightly longer wait it is worth it in the end, the items are fantastic, clothing is great quality and great value! Won’t shop anywhere else for my alternative needs!!

Been waiting four weeks for an item that said may take up to two weeks. Then receieved an email response saying they take 2-3 weeks, (with the T&C small print at the bottom of the email still stating up to two weeks) and the fact of the matter being ive waited four and its not here. Useless, i wont waste my money shopping here, i work in a hair salon and a pub and will spread the word of warning to as many people as i can so they dont have the same problem.

Can always get some supercool things and I love seeing whats on offer on a chooseday - tuesday where you get three options to bid on an item, recently recieved the draconic trust necklace and I chose the attitude harness as my freebie (they have the option for one freebie with every order!!) I also got a little crystal skull necklace!! fave site, always look here first when i wanna treat myself <3 Highly recommend! :D

I have placed many orders with this company and have never been disappointed with the speed of dispatch or the customer service.

Waited over 5 weeks for a dispatch that never happened, they kept blaming the other company but I had to chase little booteek up twice, instead of them contacting me. Waited and waited, so I demanded a refund through paypal.
An excuse was thrown in my face, a family illness, so I had no choice to throw my recent grievance in their face, a very close family memeber passing without any prior illness. I had to work night shifts in the same week of her passing. Unprofessional behaviour

I've ordered twice, both times the orders arrived really quickly. My first order contained out of stock items but still arrived a few days after ordering. So really, you can't fault service like that. I love everything I ordered and it's wonderful having the freebies as well. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I will definitely be ordering again!!!

Refuses to refund mystery bundle items even if they are just stuff from stock, despite it being a legal requirement

Tries hard to conjole and belittle anyone who doesn't agree they are 100% perfect.

Brilliant! I love everything about little booteek because well there is so much to love, loads of gorgeous items permanently in stock as well as chooseday items where every week there's something new, mystery packs, freebies with every order, giveaways all the time and great customer service. Little booteek have also created an amazingly supportive fb group where if there's anything you need to know about an item you want to buy the answer will be given there. couldn't recommend them more.
