Seller is fake and items are low-quality
It's a low-quality Chinese seller masquerading as a high-quality British boutique. They sold me $40 shirts that were supposed to be "lightweight cotton blend" and "premium rayon-cotton blend". Both are identical plastic-y low-quality polyester, devoid of all labels (no brand, no size, no materials/care, no "made in X") - which is also probably illegal. It's identical to the shirts you'll buy on Shein or Temu for $4, just 10x more expensive. Oh, and when you try to return them, don't think you can return them to the London address listed on their website, or the California warehouse address on the package. Nope, you have to return to "Xu Hanqing / Ainsley Harlow" in "Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China", and they advise the return shipping will cost $40-50 for two shirts.

This company is not legitimate. I have been waiting for a sweater that was supposed to come a long time ago. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I'm already fighting charges from a scam company called Harper and Wells, that sent me a cheap polyester jacket, nothing like the advertizement. Hope my credit card company will help me again.

Complete scam. Horrible quality, not at all like the photos online. Clothes don't fit right either. And they take forever to ship, despite claims made online. Returns are expensive and make returning the items prohibitive. 100% scam, criminals at best.

They shipped a totally different pair…
They shipped a totally different pair of sandals than in the picture. Flat no support, rubbery. Came in a plastic bag. Horrible sandal and not what was pictured. They ripped me off. Charged me 65 dollars for sandals in the picture yes. The ones they sent me were maybe 20 bucks and junk. Not supportive or have any structure, flat and hard rubber.

Shirt kept its shape
I washed my shirt for the first time and took it out of the wash. It kept its shape, and I'm pleased with how well it held up. I'm happy with this shirt.

Even stitching along the edge
The stitching along the edge was even when I looked closely at it. I wore this shirt out for the night, and that detail caught my eye right away. I'm pleased with the shirt.

This is a scam bait-and-switch company
This is a scam bait-and-switch company. Their products are completely different than what is described. Order something made out of Linen? What you're getting is cheap polyester that's falling apart. The "quality embroidered shirt" you ordered? It's actually a pixelated screen print on a cheap cotton shirt. Do not trust a single thing on their website.

Almeria walking sandals are very comfy but run small and very poor quality materials. Also photo shows a buckle but my sandals are Velcro.

I am completely frustrated
I am completely frustrated. One would think order accuracy should matter for Ainsley Harlow. I trusted them by ordering a sport coat that had specific features I needed for an event. They sent something different. Now I am left scrambling. Do not make my mistake. No amount of savings is worth it when they cannot be relied upon to do the most basic things correctly.

Ainsley Harlow is a total scam
Ainsley Harlow is a total scam. I ordered a dress for my daughter and what arrived was completely different from the photos on the website. Despite their claims on the website for "hassle-free returns" and that if the "incorrect" merchandise is sent that they will pay for return shipping, they have refused to give me my money back, instead offering as little as a 15% off the dress OR the option to pay between $40-$50 to ship it back to China. Their website lists a fraudulent UK address to make it look like you are ordering from a shop in London. Order at your own risk. I imagine that any positive reviews here are likely written by the company itself.
Quality of the garments is very poor. Customer service is infuriating - emails seem polite, but are useless. I have asked multiple times for my money back and they have refused. If you order and and are unsatisfied, you will be out of luck. They are basically stealing from customers.
UPDATE: I want to make certain folks know that the response from Ainsley Harlow below is not genuine. Had they actually wanted to assist me, they would have honored the terms regarding returns posted multiple places on their website, and not sent me a totally bait & switch dress to begin with. This formulaic response is meant to mitigate the impact of the negative reviews, not to actually help customers so don't fall for it.

Buyer Beware
Purchased a “woven linen fabric” suit described as a tailored formal suit. When the suit arrived, I was very disappointed. The material was nothing like what I expected from the description. It was a very soft, stretchy, casual fabric that looked and felt much more like tracksuit/sweatshirt material than woven linen suiting. There was also no fabric-composition label inside the garment.
I contacted Ainsley Harlow to explain that the item I received did not appear to match the product description. Their customer service acknowledged my concerns about the “linen fabric and tailored finish,” but offered me either a 15% refund to keep the suit or a full refund if I returned it to their fulfillment center in China at my own expense.
After going back and forth with them for several weeks, they continued to require me to pay the international return shipping, which they estimated at approximately $40–$50 or more. They would not provide a prepaid return label.
The issue is that the product I received appears substantially different from the material and type of garment that was advertised. Carefully consider the return policy and potential international return costs before purchasing.
