They hold your refund hostage if you try to return any items. Only offering exchanges absolute nightmare. Their stuff is rubbish quality too, the items I ordered were terrible one leg was longer than the other and they refused to refund me when I sent it back with tags still attached

I've absolutely loved shopping with Ratchet Clothing. They're a genuinely amazing small business with fantastic customer service. The team are always friendly, honest and happy to help, which makes such a difference.

One thing I really appreciate is how inclusive they are. They offer sizes from Small all the way up to 5XL, something that so many small businesses don't. It means more people can find clothes they love and feel included.

If you're looking to support a small business that truly cares about its customers and offers great quality clothing, I couldn't recommend Ratchet Clothing enough. They deserve all the support they can get!

I have ordered from Ratchet on several occasions and always found them to be prompt and good quality. I love that they are a safe and inclusive company who really care about their customers. I love the items I have bought from them, and they are good quality and well priced.

My partner ordered a product and also pre ordered a hoodie. Upon receiving her first order she was shocked to see she received an unfinished garment of shocking quality. She then decided to cancel her pre order after loosing faith in the company (quite rightly so) she then received an email back from Dhillan saying she should “stop supporting small businesses” as she’s “putting them out and that’s not fair” maybe if you could send our finished garments of food quality people would actually want to support your awful business… tries to resolve via Facebook chat but they’ve just ignored it for an “inclusive safe space” company they couldn’t be any worse. Avoid at all costs

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong item, but the customer service reps were so kinda, patient and understanding that they assisted me throughout the whole process of sending it back and receiving the product I meant to get. The process took a while, not due to their fault but purely from the shipping services, but they remained friendly and patient throughout. Will definitely be ordering from this lovely company again! 😃

I absolutely love Ratchet. The designs are unique and gorgeous. The quality is exceptional. My favourite part about Ratchet though is 100% the staff and company vibes. I have ordered from Ratchet a number of times and have been thrilled with every purchase. The clothes are such good quality and I love the variety of tie dye options. The best part for me is that the company care about important causes and support mental health awareness as well as being awesome people all around.

Another amazing order from ratchet as a plus size women love that they do bigger sizes and quality always amazing ordered 3 Ts 2 hoodies and 1 sweatshirt from there mental health range only problem is my adult daughter who is the same size as me also likes them and has a key to my house so expecting them to go missing at some point 😂 Thankyou ratchet for another amazing order x

Ordered on 3 lucky dip bags on Sunday the 3rd of May,and they have arrived today on the 7th.Very impressed with the swift delivery,also considering Monday was a bank holiday. Now to the 3 items,I am super impressed.Great quality and all designs I will wear. 3 t-shirts which is brill because I have an addiction to collecting t-shirts. One of the 3 was also one was I was going to order a while ago but forgot to,so bonus there! Will 100% be ordering again

I have conflicting opinions on this brand (hence the 3*/middle field rating). I massively appreciate what they stand for regarding neurodivergency/mental health and size inclusivity as someone who is autistic and plus size. It is very comforting to see from a brand which is what made me look at their site, along with an advert promoting their 'ethically made' Mario Galaxy line (M Galaxy line on their website). I ordered one of the Yoshi shirts from this collection, and they were super quick to ship out. They used DPD so it arrived super quick too. It fits perfectly, and is very plus size/autism friendly, the material is lovely. However, I learned not too long after its arrival that the images on the M Galaxy line are made with A.I., which is not something I wish to associate with, and something I wish I had known prior to buying as I would rather not support the use of something that is the opposite of 'ethical', which is a word used to describe these shirts in an advert of theirs. This doesn't take away my appreciation for what this business stands for, however it makes me not want to return to this brand if there is going to be a continued use of it as it's use by companies/brands is already a killer of many small businesses/artists.

Couldn’t wish for better customer service. Ordered in December for my nephew, and two things didn’t fit and he didn’t like one… had a new born and didn’t send back until March, they exchanged for items of his choice and I only had to pay postage! Absolutely amazing! Will continue to order from this company. Appreciate the kindness and care they always give when ordering! Love love love

I ordered the Scream hoody in the limited release. After waiting over a month for it, it arrived and honestly what a rip off. There's weird pink stitching on the back of it which stands out, the thumb holes are in a bizarre position on the top of the sleeves so are unusable and it is absolutely huge. For the price I paid, the quality is awful. Will not be supporting this business again, seem to be money grabbing and more interested in releasing more and more new fast fashion items instead of focusing on the quality of their products.

I emailed and got no response. Also, if you make all products in the UK why was the hoody delayed because of the war? It literally says on the label that it was made in Pakistan?

I have so many items from Ratchet! They have great designs, brilliant quality, the prices are good, sizing inclusive and most importantly of all, their customer service is exceptional and personal!

For example I messed up a recent order and emailed to ask if they could correct, I still got the order wrong several times after but we had a laugh about it and it was sorted so quickly!

They are their authentic selves when they post on social media and it feels like a big family you’re part of. The team seem like they’d be so much fun to hang out with too, I think they need to organise a big fan meet up so we can all get together!

Brought a tshirt and scream baseball jersey.
The baseball jersey turned out to be way too big.

Tried to return it to the owners but was told no as it was “limited edition” no where on the advertisement of the shirt did it say that.
Also did not say they didn’t accept returns on that particular item.

Completely goes against trading standards.

Emailed them but have been completed ignored by them after numerous emails.

Wish I knew sooner!

Really disappointed in my recent purchase experience with them and behavior since. Lucky dip purchase and the items were terrible, They then started replying on social media that's what a lucky dip was - some people are lucky some people are not. (That's absolutely not what a lucky dip is)
Owner then posted about their mental health being poor recently to gain boosts from followers but included a side note that anyone who moaned about lucky dips could go eat shit - So of course followers jumped on the band wagon & absolutely slated anyone who moaned and trolled people to death calling them every name under the sun in "support of ratchet"
I'd had a rough day myself then made worse by someone who claimed to be suffering with their mental health!! Will they care that their knock on affect to gain a mental health boost absolutely knocked the shit out of someone else's? No course not. We'll be told to go eat shit again.
Absolutely cannot support that kind of behavior towards peoples mental and now unfollowed on all platforms.

I’ve bought a number of products from them now for two years ranging in sizes and style. Each has been excellent quality, and comfortable.

The size inclusivity is also amazing. Having gone from a 4XL to a XL the amazing standards have continued. Will be using them again and again.

Placed an order for 2 hoodies and 2 t-shirts. I then noticed that the stranger things items were on offer so I emailed asking if I could amend my order to add 2 more items on. They were really helpful and did this no problem.
I live in my sweatshirt and my husband is a massive fan of the t-shirts that I ordered for him. Will definitely order more!

I absolutely love rachet and have quite the collection of t-shirts and hoodies from them now. I love the fact that they make the effort to ensure everything is safe and non-toxic.
Everything I have had from them has been good quality. I have only had an issue once and that was with a bomber jacket and the design started to peel away at the edges but they helped me out with that, no issue, and it's been all fine since. They always go above and beyond for their customers, which shows they really care.
I just wish they were a little cheaper so I could afford everything I want! Haha! In all seriousness though, everything is handmade and they are a great company so the price is worth it.
