Abysmal customer service and way too long for delivery. Cancelled the order in the end. Would NOT recommend!

Listing stated 2 to 3 weeks until dispatch, but instead took 8 weeks. It's one thing to wait and be patient (which I can do) but quite another not to be taken into consideration and be informed/updated. I only received updates on my order when I went out of my way to message. On top of that, there was a different reason/excuse when they did respond.I suggested to maybe adjust dispatch times on their website to help elevate some pressure, which they didn't.

*The coasters look a little cheap
*The munsters magnet is great
*The moon child candle is okay, although there are some bubbles in the transfer. I thought it would have been engraved.
*The Lily's munster necklace is nice, but lily's face isn't as bright like in the pictures so she doesn't stand out as much.

All in all, their products are unique, but nothing to rave about, and I can certainly live without them.

I won't be ordering from little booteek again, which is a shame, but there are other independent sellers out there who offer good/unique products, provide great customer service, and communication.

My review has been flagged by L.B because it is believed that I did not place an order, and therefore my review is being questioned, but this is my order number: 6818089, the items I bought (with my money) and the service I experienced is what I reviewed and is my personal opinion.

If I wrote this review a month or so ago, im sure it would of been better....
I've been following this company from very early on and im not sure if its because of the pandemic but I was very let down recently. Any emails sent with a response that I'd be answered tomorrow or soon I had to chase up a week later. My order was late and incorrect. They did send me a follow up saying they sent the wrong items because of the delay and stock issues. Im sorry but I ordered a size because it needs to be that big. I cannot fit into something smaller... possibly bigger but not smaller.
Have been told I will be refunded return.

All my previous orders have been great, mystery items were awesome. Their selection and price is great.
I was a bit let down by their inflashy blue which didn't come out as expected but the purple was beautiful.
Their product range and sizes will cover pretty much anyone.
Hopefully my recant experience will only be a one off.

Update: with reasons explained, im happy to go forward with a deserved 5*.

Ordered some items from them and one was slightly wrong, a few emails back and forth with their friendly customer service and all was sorted very quickly, love the service and love the items they have and will very gladly buy from them again.

Been ordering from little booteek for a few years now, and any issues I have ever had have been dealt with quickly and appropriately.
Had to wait for a few items, but it does state in postage options that this will be the case, and expecting waits to be even longer atm due to the pandemic.
Carol and the rest of the staff work tirelessly and thoroughly deserve the odd weekend they take off.
Always love when my items arrive (especially when I've forgotten I've ordered something).

Been shopping with little Booteek for a few years now and rarely have any issues. I know my money is in safe hands and the products are brilliant weather its their own or other brands. Even with what's going on in the world atm they have kept me informed as a couple of things from abroad are delayed which can't be helped but very much looking forward to receiving them. Any issues the girls are all very helpful in replying! Wouldn't shop anywhere else 😊

I ADORE this website.
Honestly the best UK based alternative company out there, and probably the cheapest for big alternative brands. The owners/staff are always quick to respond and keep you updated, information on the website (about shipping times etc..) is always very clear and informative.
I've recommended a lot of people to shop here, and will continue to do so (also, join their Facebook group, it's wonderful and they offer lots of goodies and bargains).
Seriously underrated!

Carol and staff are incredibly helpful. The products are not only great, but at fantasy prices. They are very clear on despatch times, and I personally don’t mind waiting considering the massive savings.

Ordered from little booteek loads of times over the years, direct from the website as well as through choosedays, subscriptions and sales. Always happy with the products and prices.
Because of the way they order a lot of their stock wait times can vary massively but they've always been open about this and always specified on the product listings. Lovely small business run by some lovely ladies

I ordered a necklace on 14th April, I still have not recieved it after having 3 separate conversations about it not arriving. The website did not have the correct information about the shipping details, I paid extra for fast delivery and was told it would be dispatched in 1-2 weeks. Which is fair enough, however on the 7th May I was told that she had fallen behind in making the products. It is so unprofessional!! If you are going to run a business, PLEASE run it properly. I'm so over the stupid excuses! "I need a weekend off" "I work full time with another job" "I've fallen behind". If you're going to run a business, run it instead of making half assed excuses.

I have shopped with little booteek for a few years now and have always been impressed with their service.
You will always get a timescale on the items you have ordered so you are aware when they will likely arrive and always arrive on time.
If there are any issues they will sort them out for you :)

Absolutely love the customer service which simply can not be faulted. I've received many orders from their website and all have been great quality with many well below the prices offered elsewhere. I've also been lucky enough to win some fantastic items via their Facebook group auctions that have been absolute bargains.
Little Booteek will always remain my go to for all my alternative clothing and accessories.

I love LB :) clothes are affordable and we always have a good laugh on the group :) the auctions are a good way to get things cheaper if you cant afford full RRP. But you have to be patient as delivery can be a bit of a wait, but that is in no way LB or Carol's fault, suppliers take longer for some products, I find the clothes are generally worth the wait!

Highly recommend this shop, I've just discovered it but omg! Amazing products, top quality and unusual handmade items you just can't get anywhere else. Always friendly when you contact them and do their best to help you. Cannot recommend enough x

Carol and the girls are always so helpful. Customer service really is second to none. Range and styles are fantastic for alternative wear and the deals on offer really are pretty spectacular. Fantastic company. I've ordered from Carol from the very start of little booteek many years ago when she sold things from her home. The company has just gotten better and better over the years and its wonderful to see a small company blossom! Customer service is amazeballs problems sorted very quickly and professionally highly recommended

Absolutely adore this company. They cater to the alternative scene really well and have a great range of products and make a lot of effort to include plus sizes. They do awesome sales, auctions and try and get people involved in the social media sites, they do giveaways and freebies and are always lovely and helpful. I've rarely had issues with Little Booteek but if I do they always communicate well and have always sorted any issues out. Really like that they've branched out into making their own stuff, they put a huge amount of effort into their mystery boxes and the quality is always good.
