BE WARNED THEY PAY FOR FAKE REVIEWS TO MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK GOOD, READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS FOR THE TRUTH. THEY ALSO TRIED TO FALSELY FLAG A NEGATIVE REVIEW FOR REMOVAL AND GOT TOLD NO BY TRUSTPILOT. BUNCH OF SCUMMY LYING COWARDS.

No customer service in existence, emails go unanswered. Company stole money from me not related to debt (settlement agreed yet they continued taking payments despite promising the balance would be set to 0). Falsely reported me as defaulted with money owing (they reported as defaulted TWO YEARS before they actually took the account on!). Literal scumbags.

edit: yeah, thanks for the copy/paste 'apology'. I'm not sure why you think coldly copy/pasting something you don't remotely mean makes anything better - if anything it just makes you look even worse. It's disingenuous, it's insincere, it shows a staggering apathy and a manipulative mindset where you desperately want to look good without ever having to actually do anything to achieve that. Actually shameful. People like you (sociopaths) of course, are not capable of feeling shame... but it's shameful.

Nice fake review you posted directly after mine in order to bump your score back up. Have now asked trustpilot to look at your account for suspicious reviews. Since all of your reviews are either 1 star (real) or 5 star (fake), I doubt it will take them long to figure it out.

The lady I spoke to was very helpful, respectful and the reason for the call was resolved quickly.

I'm really struggling to set my payments up. I cant setup via online as the system says details dont match. Ive tried calling multiple times per day and cant get through, emails have been sent and never relied to.

Final straw as a letter threatening me with solicitors when I cant access there own system.

Easy company to deal with and thanks to Reece for helping me sort things out.

I had too try 8 times in the end. Absolute nightmare. The person I spoke to was totally brass with me, i didn't feel respected as a person.

I have never had much luck getting through to Link. I had to make a formal complaint which was upheld this week. I received a letter offering me compensation and advising me to ring. I have tried ringing everyday this week so far. You either get held for 10 minutes then cut off. Or you get asked about a callback put your number in and it never happens. This is exactly what happened to me in December. Also, my emails were never answered which is why my complaint was eventually upheld. I have emailed in the email on the letter didn't even give an automatic response the generic email has but I am not holding out much hope of contact. Where all these good reviews come from I have to wonder as I have never been able to speak to anyone. The reference for my complaint is; 3269805 all I want is the complaint closed and the compensation paid out. I didn't plan on escalating this but I am wondering if it needs to be escalated as it is unacceptable for customers to be unable to get through.

Briefly for anyone who is interested I was unable to set a payment plan up online I emailed and called for weeks. It would take weeks on end to get an email back in one instance 8 weeks. I was then sent CCJ papers. Which caused me to complain. This ended up being withdrawn. That was only because Kearns solicitors actually answer the phone and a lovely lady there sorted it.

Just an update I called everyday last week, left my number several times and never got a callback. The system cuts you off after 10 minutes of waiting. I will leave it another 5 days for a reply to my email then I am going to escalate my complaint to the ombudsman this is exactly why I complained in the first place due to a lack of communication and no response. How on earth this company is allowed to continue trading is beyond me.

I was caused undue stress due to the incorrect issuing of a CCJ which was withdrawn as Link were at fault. Now they offer me compensation you can't claim as noone answers!

Tried again yesterday and today to get through.

No answer.

It beggars belief. All I want is for them to pay me the compensation they have offered me for their failures!

I finally have a refund pending in my account. However, I have still not had any contact. All I want is to resolve the issue. I really think Link need to address their call system it isn't acceptable for people not to be able to get through.

Spoke to a very helpful advisor who got my PP frequency changed quickly, only thing that would make it better would be if you could alter your own payment plan online as I had to take time from work to make this call :)

I was extremely anxious about contacting the company after losing my Mum I had fallen behind.

I am SO grateful that I did contact them as Kyle (which I spoke with) couldn't have been more understanding, kind, empathetic and helpful. We have resolved the issue and I feel like a weight has been taken off my mind. And I've been assured that if I have any issues I can call them and they'll be happy to help! Which I know will be true after how nice my experience has been.
