I've just sent Link financial another email complaint just now but feel that i need to make this public

I had no issues previously with this company repaying my debt but when i switched banks to Monzo, it's gone downhill.

I have tried 30 times now to login the portal to update my payment details but each time i enter my details (with the details THEY have provided i must state) i get a unsuccessful verification email with a number to call them on to resolve. That number takes me through a number of options then goes to voicemail each time.

I have kept every email to forward to the financial ombudsman

They have not responded to the emails I've sent them directly apart from the automated reply. And despite the MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS my side to get this account up to date and paid off, they have seen it wise to issue me a default letter whilst i'm in the middle of applying for a mortgage.

so the effects of this can be quite devastating and unfair as you can imagine.

These Divis were chasing me for a debt which I never had, after proving that the debt they were on about never existed they took no notice, this went on for 2 years, eventually they decided to take me to county court asking for £7,000 , the case was dismissed so they got ziltch, they had also submitted false documents to try and win the case, SORRY NO COCONUT THIS TIME.

Fantastic company. Really listened to my point. Massive Ty to Emily, she's a credit to your company. Managed to get everything sorted and did all they said they'd do. Can't praise them highly enough

Why do my 100% Factual and Lawful comments keep getting removed, They breach ZERO guidelines, They are 100% Factual and lawful.

Trust Pilot you are a Farce…….

Clearly a fake review site that allow companies to create fake reviews for themselves giving them a better score while removing ones they don’t like.

Real Factual comments get removed because they show this disgusting company for what they are, and inform people how to lawfully deal with them

the lady i spoke to was very helpful, i had a mix up on my account and she sorted it quickly and efficiently and made sure i understood everything and all was OK before we ended the call

Worst service I have ever had to deal with. I have lost count of how many emails I have sent to get information on the "debt" I apparently have with this company.
I have emailed many times over the past 6 months and even emailed the complaints email address and nobody is getting back to me.
I tried to log in online to find out more information but it said the information was going to be checked and I am still waiting for approval to log in.
You have no problems affecting my credit rating in the mean time though which I am furious about.

Link are doing a very difficult job very well. Reece, my contact, was helpful, professional and understanding. It was appreciated!

They demand contact & threat, but never answer the phone!

Further to my previous review, I am still yet to get through to anyone on the phone, no replies to emails, you asked me for further information via Trustpilot and I completed this but still no contact. Absolutely crazy that you just cannot speak to anyone!

Well the adviser was really patient it takes me time to go up and down the stairs and he waited patiently no fuss . I know he maybe have a little problem hearing me at times because I have tinnitus so at times I have to keep moving the phone from my ear. However, it wasn't a problem to him. That's my reason for this score.

I repeatedly get a txt which says i owe £10 on the 21st of every month for non payment when the standing order pays on the 28th of each month. I have repeatedly tried to ring and emailed explaining this BUT still get I get a txt through ever month that I owe £10, I refuse to pay this as i do pay on the 28th of the month. Please sort your system out and look at what I pay and when. Ive never missed a payment.

No one likes dealing with this sort of thing, but Reece, the operator who supported me was absolutely fantastic. He listened well, was personable, friendly and professional. He really made the experience much more tolerable!
