I ordered my new Go Chair.
I ordered my new Go Chair online as I have had 3 before with different companies. They have all been brilliant as I can't walk at all, and are used constantly. Matthew delivered my chair, he rang to check I was in when he arrived. No packaging on the chair which was brilliant as I didn't have to unpack it, and I started to use it straight away. Matthew was a really pleasant guy, and interesting and helpful.

A must buy
A must buy.
I purchased the Luxe Zenith a few months ago now. It’s fantastic so comfortable and lightweight. I had a mobility scooter before but I found my back was very painful within a few minutes of using it. The Zenith being a power chair means my back is in a better position. It doesn’t take long to charge and mine is the yellow which everyone I meet says how great it looks. Thank you for bringing a folding power chair out at a price that we can afford

Brilliant at Basildon store
Went in to Basildon store to purchase my first scooter. Was very nervous as big life change but Mark at the store was so helpful. He really put my mind at rest and showed me several different models which I then had a go on round the test track. Ended up buying a folding one and it has allowed me to start going out again with my partner. Mark was really helpful and not pushy which I really liked and I loved how all the staff were laughing and joking with me

Everything is very new and overwhelming for me and Basildon and salesman Lewis were outstanding. Very friendly and helpful and they continue to support me with my journey into the unknown. the staff where marvelous, dubios to start with being on line, plus the price of the scooter i purchased, was great. heard bad reports on other companys, but was amazed by the service we got,the staff could not do enough for us. would recommend them to anyone.. well done.

We completely understand that you have been left wanting in regards to answers, with this order we do not hold stock of this product and as such we ordered it direct from the manufacturer.
This is standard practice but in this case has left us open to lacking answers when they themselves do not provide us with them on the matter of delivery.
