5 Stars – Excellent Service from Lee Longlands!
We took delivery of our new table and chairs today, and I wanted to give special recognition to Richard and Will, who were absolutely fantastic.
From start to finish, they were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. Their communication was excellent, and they took extra care when bringing our new furniture into the house, ensuring everything was handled with the utmost care and attention.
It’s refreshing to receive such outstanding customer service. Richard and Will are a real credit to Lee Longlands and a perfect example of why we continue to shop there and will happily do so again.
Thank you both for making the whole delivery experience such a pleasure. Highly recommended!

Great staff and thoughtful delivery team
Great sales person in store, lady very helpful but not at all pushy. Delivery was great. I had a delivery slot given to me on the morning for 2:30-4:30 when I was hoping for a morning one (due to a medical appointment). I messaged the delivery team back to say if they got any cancellations or it could be completed before 3pm it would be a huge help. I got a call at 13:30 to say they could be with me in 10 minutes, wonderful! The two delivery crew Mark and Lamar were lovely. Delivered in the pouring rain but took great care and made sure I knew how to adjust the tabletop and that I was happy with the items. Credit to them both where it was well deserved.

Purchased a sofa and REFUSED to cancel order 12 days later. Customer Services declined to respond or communication to resolve issues - even when I made a formal complaint.

A mixed bag on this occasion.
The ordering process was smooth and easy as was the delivery process.
The problem arose prior to delivery when we found one item at half the price elsewhere.
Trying to cancel this one item was a nightmare. The initial ladies on the phone were great, but trying to get the appropriate department to cancel and refund was a nightmare.
We got there in the end and the guys who arrived to deliver were fabulous. Helpful and courteous throughout.
