My sofas were delivered today, and Will and Richard were fantastic from start to finish. They were friendly, helpful and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They also provided great advice and took real pride in their work.
The quality of the service was just as impressive as the quality of the sofas. Thank you both for making the delivery such a positive experience. Lee Longlands, you have two great members of staff!

Friendly helpful staff
Friendly helpful staff. Shame the lighting department has gone. Having the lights spread across the whole store makes searching time consuming also the price tags are inaccessible on those hanging from the ceiling

Stressless chair purchase
Had previously visited Leamington branch and dealt with Colin regarding Stressless products. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful.
We needed time to consider our options but when we were ready Colin was able to help and quoted a very competitive price for our order.

Great experience at Bristol store.
After great service from Viv in the Bristol store, I was unable to return to order my sofas, so completed this with Jamie on the phone, which was easy and straightforward. Both very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic Delivery Team!
Used their website to order a Tempur mattress and pillows, easy to use and kept me updated throughout the process. Delivery team, Kane, Lee and Tony were fantastic, really nice guys, took the mattress to the room, unpacked and took all the rubbish. 5 stars all round!

Lovely sofas thought I would purchase…
Lovely sofas thought I would purchase sofas on HP however the finance company wanted 3 months of my bank statements, I did not trust this finance company who I’ve never heard go through my personal information. I’ve never had a problem before purchasing anything through finance so I declined in this day and age with so much fraud going on , I was prepared to give my banking history to some finance company I’ve never heard off,

I would be very cautious purchasing…
I would be very cautious purchasing anything from this company. Initially I had a positive experience in store and made a sizeable purchase on a high- ticket item. I waited three months for it to arrive and when it did, it was incorrect. I notified Customer Service immediately as well as the Sales Advisor who sold me the product. After initially having zero recollection of me making the purchase (?) and claiming that the product I received was the one I ordered , he finally acknowledged his error and admitted he had ordered the wrong item - this was after I produced an email from him showing and confirming the correct item I believed I had purchased. Since then all communication has ceased. I have been contacting them relentlessly for now almost 5 weeks. I have been shifted from customer service advisor to advisor, back to the store on repeat. I have called and have been told that the person dealing with my case has gone for lunch ( at 10 am??) Just one example of many. My last communication was an email 2 weeks ago asking for a further payment in order to get the product I wanted ??? I’d also have to wait a further 12 weeks …. I replied this was not acceptable & have had zero communication since. Absolutely shocking customer service . I feel by ignoring me they feel I’ll just go away. I have been extremely patient but have been left with no choice now but to file a report and complaint with the furniture ombudsman. I just want the product I believed I had ordered & paid for in full, in good faith. It is not my fault the advisor ordered the wrong item . Exercise caution with this company. They do not know how to resolve issues in customer centred manner, choosing to ignore. Very sad.

We took delivery of our new table and chairs today, and I wanted to give special recognition to Richard and Will, who were absolutely fantastic.
From start to finish, they were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. Their communication was excellent, and they took extra care when bringing our new furniture into the house, ensuring everything was handled with the utmost care and attention.
It’s refreshing to receive such outstanding customer service. Richard and Will are a real credit to Lee Longlands and a perfect example of why we continue to shop there and will happily do so again.
