I had a fantastic experience with Chris at NCF. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all of my questions in detail, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident with my choices.
What really stood out was his exceptional customer service. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and he was patient, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure I had the best possible experience. It’s rare to come across someone who is both knowledgeable and so easy to deal with.

Noel was a massive help today. Will be back to shop for more products in the future.

If I could leave zero stars I would!!! Absolute shambles of a company. Ordered a dining table, promised a date for delivery and it came nearly a month later. I had to chase myself multiple times ! Paid an assembly fee and then on the day of delivery they could not fully assemble it though I had paid for the service. The left the furniture part assembled and forgot one chair initially! The furniture has been left in an unsafe state. Then nothing until I contacted and complained and now another person is attending to assemble week later! I have made a complaint after complaint and they ignore. Such poor customer service don’t but from them as you will experience nothing poor service.

Gary was very accommodating and patient with our particular needs. His customer service is second to none and made our purchasing experience pleasurable and we don’t feel sad we’ve just spent loads of money! Thanks Gary

While the main items were delivered, one dining chair was not delivered as the driver advised it was faulty. Since then, I have received no update regarding the replacement or next steps.This matter has already involved multiple delays and inconvenience, including taking annual leave to receive the delivery. I am concerned about the continued lack of communication.its been enquiring about the dining chair for more than two weeks still no reply or any update .If this continues I need to take further action.

The worker named Sul was an amazing person and was very patient giving us recommendations on couches and in the end we decided on our new seatings and we are happy that Sul was our seller as he gave precise details on the seatings we looked at.
