I paid for a dining table and chairs Birmingham Store back in April 26 finally delivered in August. When they came to deliver and assemble they realised it was faulty. The fitters and I reported the fault immediately to Lee Longlands. Despite chasing this issue on a number of occasions their customer service department hasn't had the courtesy of getting back to me. I have contacted the store on a number of occasions and constantly told that PATRICK from customer service will call me and he has failed to call. They have taken my money (several thousands of pounds) and have delivered a faulty product and simply ignored me. The service is extremely poor and I have chased it one last time and will then report them to them the ombudsman as I have been waiting over 3 MONTHS.

Alex and the team were extremely friendly and helpful. There was a good variety of quality furniture.

Our whole experience started with Jamie in the Bristol store, extremely helpful and knowledgable from the beginning!
We purchased a sofa bed and I was nervous about it fitting up the stairs. When the delivery guys Nathan and Kane arrived they were fantastic from the get go! Friendly, smiley and such a positive attitude. I loved their authentic and genuine approach! How they carried the extremely heavy sofa bed up the stairs and into place I will never know. They got it all set up and nothing was too much trouble! They were a true delight to deal with and I can’t praise and thank them enough!

We received our sofa in February and within just a few months the fabric developed severe bobbling across multiple areas. The seat cushions have also sunk noticeably, despite only being used by two adults, with no children or pets. For a sofa at this price point, this is simply unacceptable.

We raised a complaint in July and, after numerous emails, eventually had a third-party technician visit in September. We were told the bobbling was due to the type of fabric and that, essentially, unless we wore satin or silk, we should expect it to happen and would need to shave the sofa regularly. Had we known this before purchasing, we would never have bought it. This is certainly not what we expected from a supposedly reputable furniture retailer.

Things have been just as disappointing when it comes to customer service. We were later emailed to say the technician had found nothing wrong and that the bobbling was normal wear and tear, which completely misrepresented the conversation we had with him, where he agreed he we should have been told about the nature of the fabric and wouldn't have been happy himself.

On 14 October, a manager promised to call me back the following day. I’m still waiting. It is now 2 November. Last Tuesday, another member of staff also promised to call me back, and again, nothing. I’ve made repeated calls and left multiple voicemails with my contact details, but nobody returns them. Calls now go straight to voicemail, and even leaving messages achieves absolutely nothing.

We chose Lee Longlands believing we were buying quality furniture from a reputable retailer. Instead, we’ve been left with a deteriorating sofa and months of chasing a company that seems to have little interest in putting things right.

My advice to anyone considering buying from Lee Longlands is don't. The product quality has been extremely disappointing, but the after-sales service has been even worse! It’s clearly much easier for them to take your money than to help when something goes wrong.

We are still waiting for someone to take responsibility and actually resolve this.

We have shopped at Lee Longlands Birmingham several times over the years. In fact they are our ‘go to’ store when looking for an item for the home. Have always found what we want and the quality we want. Staff always courteous, pleasant and efficient. Delivery very good, on time and tidy. We have never been disappointed.

Great service from Jason Bullock in store and delivery was quick and efficient, Nathan and Kane delivered our goods, although it looked to large to get in the room, they managed to do it without any damage to walls or the goods, very professional and polite, great guys ☺️ very happy with our purchase.

We had been searching for over a year for some 60s style sofa's and finally with great help from James at Birmingham Lee Longlands, we found exactly what we were after. The service from beginning to delivery/install was 5 star. Many thanks to Mark and Lewis for their professional, polite and helpful delivery of the sofas. Overall great experience.

My sofas were delivered today, and Will and Richard were fantastic from start to finish. They were friendly, helpful and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They also provided great advice and took real pride in their work.

The quality of the service was just as impressive as the quality of the sofas. Thank you both for making the delivery such a positive experience. Lee Longlands, you have two great members of staff!
