Started a renewal conversation…

Started a renewal conversation, have emailed twice but not reply. Shame as I have been a customer for over 10 years so would have thought a level of loyalty.

Varied experience, but excellent in the end

I called as I was having a problem making a payment for my account online.
My first responder was not at all helpful and not particularly patient or friendly, refusing to help unless I got him my reference number which he left me to guess how to obtain.
I was much relieved to get Kayle the second time around, who was the complete opposite, helpful, cheerful, patient and most importantly solved the problem very efficiently. Thank you Kayle, we need more people like you at the other end of the phone.

The customer service at LCN is truly…

The customer service at LCN is truly excellent. Recently I had cause to speak with Kyle and then Andy both of whom, not only were highly efficient and professional, but additionally made the calls a pleasure.

Excellent service and easy to use

The website hosting from LCN suited our needs perfectly for many years with very little problem .
The user interface was very easy to use and allowed us to make a very nice looking website.

LCN Hosting - Helpful and efficient

I've used LCN for website hosting for a number of years with no issues. Recently I contacted the service desk to make alterations to the terms of my contract - this was handled quickly and efficiently. They're not always the cheapest but I'm very happy with the service provided by LCN.

We recently encountered a difficulty…

We recently encountered a difficulty with third party software and its interaction with our LCN hosted Website that we were unable to solve ourselves. On raising a Technical Support Ticket LCN fixed the problem overnight. First class.

I was very lucky to speak with the wonderful Jordan in Billing. He patiently guided me through the very best option for renewal, phoned exactly when he said he would (almost unheard of today!) and made the whole process as simple and stress free as possible. Great knowledge, friendly and helpful.

I rang to have a old email account restored. I am absolutely useless with computers. The call handler knew exactly what to do and talked me through each step. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable and easily fixed my issue.
To be honest, I've needed help a few times with computer matters over the years and LCN have always sorted things. Highly Recommend.
