A month later they charged me £24 for an email service I didn't want, need, or use. I requested a refund, and they refused on the grounds of some legalese in their terms and conditions. Basically they're gouging from their customers.

2. LCN offer a ready contact by telephone to answer technical issues associated with the termination of the British analogue telephone system by the same irresponsible. large corporations that profit from the web.
3. I was delighted to hear that the e-mail service provided by LCN would not require endless messing about with Outlook settings just because PlusNet can't be bothered to include e-mail as an on-line service-provider, forcing me to move elsewhere.

I needed to update our account details and make changes. The LCN account representative was extremely helpful and explained the process. The LCN account site is really easy to use to make changes.

I have purchase domain from there website they deduct my money from my account and i didn't get my domain after a day they said This customer has been deactivated.

I have been doing business with the company for long time and generally am satisfied with the services, but when I decided to get a personal domain recently, there was some frustration. They sneaked in a personalised email box at 1£/month (with £5.99 setup fee). I must have missed the actual price which was 11.99/month. When I saw first email with £11.99 charges (post-factum) - I went to the control panel and thought I managed to cancel it, then another one came - it was already a bit too much for the unused service, I tried to cancel it by myself again - and there was no option to do it by yourself as to pay another month's subscription... I created a ticket as the Chat was unattended, but since received no confirmation - went to pay another month to be able to cancel auto-renewals. And there was a again - One button, no price shown, no confirmation, just renew. That was £39.96 total because you missed a checkbox somewhere... I know that these auto-renewal practices take over businesses, but warning about renewal instead of notifying that you have paid is a much fairer option!
P.S. The ticket that I raised was looked into a minute after I have 'resolved' it at a monthly price by myself - the reason for which is the absence of any communication and inability to disable auto-renewals in any other way.
P.P.S. the refund has been issued
