LCN have hosted my blog since 2017

LCN have hosted my blog since 2017. This is the second time I have asked them to recover it. They said it would take 3-5 days. They did it in not much over 24 hours. Always patient and helpful when I call for advice. What more can yo ask?

Advertised a €2 domain deal for new…

Advertised a €2 domain deal for new customers, but rejected my order based on my location without giving me any chance to verify my identity. They held my order for a full business day, then simply deleted it and sent a generic email. No real explanation, no opportunity to resolve it — just rejected. The offer is clearly not available to everyone, yet they don't mention that upfront. Very disappointing experience.

Help with Email

Very quick response to my email problem, via telephone conversation and email. Then a subsequent telephone call with Ben, who was extremely helpful, and very patient, as our computer is very slow.

It was shocking initially I was stuck…

It was shocking initially I was stuck in a queue for 20 minutes on my other to to renew my domain - that was appalling, Ruby back on my other phone and a lovely guy called Yusuf - after I explained I was stuck in a nonsense queue - immediately took my payment to retain my domain ... so LCN 0/10 Yusuf 10/10 👏👏👏

Great company for hosting

We have used them for many years for our 5 websites - Great communication, fast response, knowledgeable, reasonable pricing.
Hosting is easy and a good price.
Most recent was an SSL issue.

Great technical support

I was 20 years in technical support, I know what it can be like to be on the receiving end of a call like mine. The technical support given by LCN is patient, knowledgeable and friendly. This is not my area of expertise but it doesn't need to be when tech support are there to help when you get lost.
