Not recommended. Definitely sketchy.
I ordered something from Kinetic Gadgets back last year. I reached out to their support line and, to my pleasant surprise, they got back to me quick! Even gave me another dice set and free shipping with tracking for my trouble.
But they never gave me a tracking number, and now months later, I still don't have anything after trying to get into contact with their support line at least 3 times.
Their initial response gained them a customer.
Their lack of follow through lost them one.

Non-delivery is making my opinion poor
So, I have placed at least two orders with Kinetic Gadgets, and until the most recent one on the 15th of December, 2018 I have been impressed with the supply.
My latest order has still not arrived. I took advantage of the free dice set offer and thanks to the purchase of two additional items, I received free delivery which my order shows as being 10-20 days. I have emailed numerous times and also used the website contact option twice, and as yet not received a single response. It seems that by using this critique avenue some people get results, which is a huge shame, because I want my review to be positive and an excellent rating.
My order number is 7249
Seriously KG, customer care is incredibly important. I will gladly continue as a repeat customer IF I feel that you value my business.

I received an e-mail from them in November 2018, that I would receive my package within 10-20 Business Days.
It is now February 2019, I have sent 3 e-mails so far asking about its status and haven't received a single response. (Yes I make sure to check my junk mail)

Missing Order Never Received
I ordered a D20 spinner ring as a gift on December 9th, 2019. I chose the option to ship in 10-30 days, but have yet to receive my order almost 2 months later! I have attempted to contact the company via email, contact form, and even Facebook with no response. The customer service seems to be non-existent. Is anyone home?? I just wish I could receive my order and be done with it. I can't comment to the product quality if I never get my order. Very disappointed.

I ordered a folding dice tray and a set of dice. I got the dice in a timely manner, but its been 2 months since my order and I still have not received the dice tray or had any communication about it. I filled out the contact form on their website 2 times now, they promise a response within 24 hours. I received no response at all, either time.

I ordered dice several months ago with the shipping option of receiving them within 30 days, and it seems like nothing has happened. The worst part is I have emailed them multiple times and received no response at all. Additionally, I have messaged them on Facebook with a picture of my order and they have seen the message and said nothing. I sent a followup message on Facebook asking if they can please look at the previous message, and once again this was seen and no response was given. I hope that someone from Kinetic will see this review and help me out, as I would still like to receive my dice.

So far same problem with me towards their dice personnel. I ordered some in Dec and waited for the allotted time for shipment, never recieved any correspondence, and still haven't seen these dice I paid for.

Terrible experience (that got better)
Placed an order on Dec. 13, and have tried to find the status of my order several times, including over email, via the webpage's Contact Us link -and- via FaceBook. Today is Jan. 23, and still no product or contact.
EDIT: I was able to talk to someone on Facebook, and the issue has been solved in a very quick fashion.

Order never came
Ordered dice on 11/3/18 with free shipping (20-30 business days).
Contacted them in December and heard back from a Cathy Jones on 12/18/18. She apologized and said that they would ship the dice out, along with a free set, via expedited shipping at no charge.
Here is is 1/23/19 and I have yet to receive my dice. I have sent several emails but have not heard back.
