I ordered dice from them in early May…

I ordered dice from them in early May of 2019. I have since had ONE email claiming that they had an issue with the 'parcel service' and that these issues have been fixed and a 'tracking number' will be sent 'soon'. It's now August and no tracking number, no dice and no response to my emails asking what is going on. Extremely poor service indeed.

Why do I have to give them a single…

Why do I have to give them a single star when they deserve none? I paid them and never got anything! They took the money and responded once 2 months later to my constant emails/Facebook messages and said they’d get it out right away. I’ve continued to message them since I haven’t received my order still and it has been over 2 months since their last response. Total time since purchase cleared and I had to pay has been over 4 months. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

It is now August and haven't even received an email with my order number, just one confirming my purchase.
When emailed, they completely ignored me, and when I messaged them on Facebook like they recommend they read my message and then promptly blocked me

No dice with kinetic gadgets

I ordered a set of dice from this company several months ago, early February. Here is it, almost August, no product. I have emailed them several times requesting updates, shocker, I have received no response. Do not order from this company, they are thieves

Ordered a dice set from them in APRIL…

Ordered a dice set from them in APRIL and still haven't received it. I've received multiple emails from them saying I should expect the tracking info in 2-3 business days, but I haven't received any tracking info yet. At this point they've stopped replying to my emails, yet they continue to send me mountains of promotional emails. I've tried to unsubscribe from their mailing list multiple times but I still receive these promos. I assume they've chosen to ditch all their old orders in favor of fulfilling new orders.

Slow, but decent dice

The dice they sell are quality, and they do end up shipping them, but they never have enough dice for their orders it seems. Nothing gets shipped in a timely manner, it seems.

I've gotten nearly all of the dice I've order fairly late, but I did get them.

Please read it all to see my reasons. No I was not paid nor am I some robot.

So my order was made a long time (months and months) and I was about 90% sure it was all a scam but I have kept an eye on their emails and emailed them consistently about the status of my order and it arrived today. The reason I am giving them an excellent is because they held true to their order in spite of how much time had passed. They could have lied to me about it already being sent and lost in the mail. They could have ignored me for forever. But they didn’t. I considered giving them a one dozens of times. I considered giving them a 2. I realized that would be unfair to them as the main cause of their problems was stated to be a third party’s failure to do their job. I considered a 3 and realized they could have just given up and said “not our fault, not our job.” They went beyond that. Then I considered giving them the 4. I also considered a five but they aren’t the easiest company to contact so I cannot give them a perfect score. This does not mean that I think they have no faults. They do have a strong sense of loyalty to the orders that were made, particularly when people show that they care. If anyone has received their dice or not, let them know.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company, they use pictures they get online, claim you are buying a real product, then never send you anything. By scamming many people for $5 each they hope to avoid legal repercussions. They have stolen much from a very large population base however.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!

I ordered an item (Order #7469) on 12/22/18. On 3/15/19 I reached out as I still had not received my order. I got a response on 3/25/19 saying that they were backlogged, and they were sorry. Saying "We should be shipping out your order this week." They also offered a $10 gift code. I then placed an order (#9075) on 3/25/19 using the $10 gift code. On 4/16/19 I followed up again asking for them to fulfill my orders within 10 days or I would like a refund for both orders. On 4/26/19 I requested a full refund. They apologized saying "they should be shipping out today." I said no, cancel them. They then stated "I understand your frustration. I will process your full refund." It has now been over a week (5/6/19) and I sill have not received my refund. This is a really poor way to handle business. Don't waste your money, cause it seems you will neither get your product, nor your money back...

Poor service and unacceptable wait times.

In late 2018, I placed several orders with this company and received my items in a timely fashion. As of Spring 2019, however, their service has plummeted in quality. An order I placed in early March, 2019, was never shipped, yet money was taken from my account. Another order I placed in April was never even given an order number. I sent three emails and several Facebook messages that all went ignored until last Friday, May 3rd, after I sent a final message demanding a refund. They responded saying their shipping department had become backlogged "due to the popularity of their recent promotions". They moved my order up the queue and said I will receive tracking information in 3-4 business days, so we'll see if that actually happens. They are giving me a free dice set as well. I do not find this acceptable and also find it rude that they ignored my refund request. However, I lack the energy to fight with them over this and have accepted their "solution", for now.

However, failing to notify your customers that your shipping department is backlogged for months? That is terrible business practice and absolutely unacceptable. They provide no phone number to contact them, only an email (that they don't respond to) and a Facebook page (that they take weeks to respond to). Unless this business makes a huge, public apology and makes massive amends, everyone should avoid them.

Edit: Update as of 5/13/2019 - no email received with tracking information. I have sent them another Facebook message informing them of this. At this point, I think they should be refunding all of their customers, but I doubt I'll get anything more than another dice set that I could easily get from one of the dozen other dice companies.

I'd give 0 stars if possible. Placed an order months ago. Been emailing and messenging for weeks bc they don't have a phone number posted. Finally get back to me and they just realized it hadn't shipped. Complete waste of time

Free dice? You mean send us $8 for nothing.

Ordered the 'free' set of dice to see if they were as good or better than their competitors. They immediately charged my account for the shipping which was as much as going to the store and buying a nice set of dice. That was five months ago, well before the Christmas rush. I've tried to contact them at least once a month and have only received two replies. Once when I first contacted them in early January (I gave them the benefit of the doubt of a Christmas rush), and once a couple months ago on Facebook. I was even promised my order would be shipped first class with an extra set of dice in the email in January. I still have nothing and am still out the money. I'm definitely spreading the word to everyone I know and on all my social media not to deal with this company.

Please Report KG to the BBB

I have reported Kinetic Gadgets to the BBB in El Paso, Texas for a full investigation. I also linked them to this page with the reviews of there poor business practices, constantly lying to customers, failure to do anything in a timely manner, and refusing to comply within the TOS stated on the Kinetic Gadgets website.

These "practices" are not to be trusted or tolerated by anyone that is looking to establish a valued and loyal customer base, something this "company" doesn't seem to care about until it is the very last second to take any action at all.

Which also seems to be a ploy to CIA (cover it's a$$), with last second service when it's lies are exposed.

I HIGHLY recommend that you do a search for the BBB (Better Business Buerau) and file your complaints there, because they seem to be getting ignored here.

I wish you all the best of luck if you're willing to still place an order with Kinetic Gadgets. As they say, a fool and his money will soon be parted, and it was never spoken more true with the actions of Kinetic Gadgets.

FRAUD - SCAMMERS AND THIEVES

I ordered a set of dice the last time they gave away dice for the cost of shipping on Feb. 15. The order number is #8557. This order still has not shipped. I've emailed and messaged them several times and have not heard anything back. If you do not intend on fulfilling my order then give me the money back that I paid for shipping. This is outrageous and downright fraudulent

Still haven’t received order 4 months later

I placed an order in early December for a Christmas gift and it signed up for texting alerts for shipping/delivery. After I received the confirmation email I never heard from them again, got no notification of my order shipping or being delivered and that was almost 4 months ago. I’ve reached out twice by email to follow up and have never received a response. Horrible complany, never purchase anything through Kinetic Gadgets!!!!

Kinetic Gadgets hasn't shipped my order…

Kinetic Gadgets hasn't shipped my order in 40 days. I reached out to them on Facebook and via e-mail. Eventually customer support apologized for the delay and offered me a coupon. They told me my order would be shipped last week, but they didn't follow through. They have ignored my attempts to follow up with them. They won't ship my order or give me my money back.
