The one star is me being generous; I am gonna get killed by my dad because companies like you keep ripping me off and he is sick of paying for my capitalist ventures into the unknown. Thanks, guys, this is the last review I'll be able to post. As of tomorrow, I'll be pushing up daisies.

Payment was taken (through PayPal) when order was placed, and I received a confirmation email. No further communications has been received from the company, apart from copious commercial / spam emails per week. Order has not yet been shipped after 8 weeks and counting from payment taken. No response whatsoever to emails nor messages through Facebook Messenger. Now, my order (#12006) has been deleted from their order tracking system, with no refund or message why - so apparently mails are read, just not answered. Will open a complaint through paypal.

I ordered some dice and NEVER got them. I sent emails and all I get is spam to buy more products.
I even had a receipt. It’s a TERRIBLE company.

I placed an order for a gift of some D and D dice in August and it's now November they never shipped my order they will not respond to any emails and won't give me a refund. This company is terrible don't waste your money they wont send your items!!!

I placed an order with Kinetic Gadgets (KG) on January 31st, 2019, and they have yet to fulfil the order or issue a refund. The only communication I have received from them, aside from the constant bombardment of email ads and special deals, was on May 30th, 2019. This was in the form of a blast email to inform customers that their general lack of order fulfilment was due to the failures of a "third party sourcing agent," and that they are back on track and working hard to fulfil orders. All attempts to reach them, either through email or their Facebook page, have met with no response. I consider their business practices to be predatory at this point. I would urge you to avoid making any purchases with them.

Also, through one of their email ads, that they have become a Humble Bundle partner. I would strongly suggest that you contact Humble Bundle and ask them to reconsider their partnership with KG, as they get proceeds from every Humble Bundle customer who connects to them from KG. Thank you.

Placed an order, had no confirmation of processing, and it did not arrive when it was supposed to. Contacted them for information, and it took several days of constant messaging until a response was finally given, promising the order had been made a priority and I should have confirmation in 4-5 days. 5 days passed and nothing has changed.

4 months later, have not received products purchased, no response to queries through email or Facebook messenger (which they state is the best way to contact them). The message I sent has been read by them and they choose not to respond.

Same as all the other ones here - no sign of the order being shipped 4 weeks after they took the money, no correspondence from them. Getting my money back.

Never received dice, never heard back to any of my queries. Total scam.

I ordered 3 or 4 weeks ago and have heard nothing back. Ni tracking number or anything. Emailed them and messaged on fb and no response wxcept for stupid memes or more ads.

A terrible company that can't be bothered to send things out to their customers. I ordered from them over six weeks ago, on an item with 2-4 week shipping, and I've emailed them multiple times and spammed their Facebook Profile. At this point, I've given up and I'm getting my money back.

Bought stuff from them twice in the past. First time, no problems. Still waiting on the second purchase 2-3 months after placing the order. I've sent emails and facebook messages and have received 0 responses.

Dice not arrived.
I give this a one and my review is the same as all the other people who bought from them. Have escalated with Paypal, lets see if that gets me anywhere.

Same as everyone else. Ordered 2 dice sets months ago. Still nothing. Paypal claim started. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered dice through this company, paid and never got my dice. Scam completely!

Scam site. Placed order coming up on a year ago. Nothing. Contact them and hey promise he order is on its way, and oh, do you want to buy more? Avoid at all costs

I order all my dice from this website. Shipping is generally slow, but then again shipping anything to Australia is slow. They haven't let me down yet and I'm hard pressed to find better deals for dice of this quality anywhere else. I love 'em to bits.

Seeing all the other negative reviews here leaves me a little confused . . maybe their shipping is below standard for other countries, but where i'm from it makes little difference. and they certainly aren't any kind of scam. To me, they're a service very much worth using.

I placed two orders on May 22. I haven't received any word from the company.I waited 9 days through messenger and email to get a hold of them. Luckily I always pay through PayPal when I can and escalated it there. Lo and behold I got a response, there was a postage delay, my order has been bumped to the top, and they've thrown in a free set of dice. 3 months and almost 2 weeks to get ahold of them, and the best they can do is (1) free set of dice. I should be grateful that the order is coming at all (we'll). Frustrated doesn't begin to describe how I feel.

Placed an order in early July and have heard nothing from them since dispute multiple attempts to follow up. I agree it's probably a scam.
