Prepaid Order placed on 19th April, 2021. Received confirmation mail and Order No. Item not despatched and I am unable to track. FRAUD. DON'T GET TRAPPED.

TRUST OR MISTURST PLACED ORDER , MONEY TAKEN , NO DELIVERY INSTURCTIONS ,AND DELIVERY PERIOD

Ordered items and never recieved them, completely ignored when contacting the customer service teams or facebook page.

I purchased a dice set December 2019, and have yet to receive my items. I recieved the initial confirmation email and after a couple weeks I asked for an update and they said it was running behind by a couple weeks. I have enquired several times since and heard nothing and their website has been down for a while. Do not trust these people. I unfortunately am unable to get my money back. Don't make the same mistake I did.

F*&^ You. Order number 13753 Christmas 2019. Still no product and your website is now "offline." You took my money and even sent me a tracking number. It never shipped but you still took my money. Do not order from this company. If they ever come back stay away and let their sales suffer.

I made an order 5 months ago for some dice as a Christmas gift for a friend, and despite having a tracking number sent to me they never actually shipped the package. I forgot about the order until recently, but now their site has been down for the past few days, so I'm pretty sure that my money is just gone. If their site ever goes back up, DO NOT buy anything from them, you won't ever get what you ordered.

Ordered one set of dice in Sep 2019. When I hadn't heard anything in December, I sent them an email. No response. I tried working with Paypal to investigate-- they answered Paypal, saying they were running behind, but I should have something in 2 weeks. By February 2020, still nothing. No one responds to their Facebook or email.

Please learn from my mistakes and the mistakes of others: RUN. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT TRUST THESE LYING CHEATING PREDATORY FVCKS!

I ordered in October, after 6 weeks of nothing I tried to get in touch with them and still nothing, I reversed the charges with my bank, they didn't contest it, bank decided I was in the right, They then charged me again, I had to cancel my card to avoid them continuously charging me

Took money and never sent dice. Any way we can get our money back?

*official complain logged with Texas consumer protection agency/Texas Attorney general who have opened up a case. Would advise others to do the same.

Ordered on December 6th. Never received the dice. Have been emailing Cathy Jones (cathy(at)kineticgadgets(dot)com) and
Kinetic Gadgets (info(at)kineticgadgets(dot)com) for almost a month. Was told they were running late by 2 weeks. I've asked for updates, nothing; for a refund, nothing; responses are miserable both on email and FB messenger.

So dissatisfied and angry.

I ordered the Blood Spatter dice set, 11/28/2019, from Kinetic Gadgets. AS OF TODAY, 2/7/2020, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER NOR RECEIVED A REFUND!!. I have also sent 4 emails to Kinetic with NO RESPONSE. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I will never order from them again.

Paid for the dice and we never got them! Sent several emails to the company and no return response.

Ordered dice over a month ago. Still haven't received. Emailed and messaged on Facebook about it and I've received no response.

Ordered 6 sets on dice 3 months ago and nothing I have send 4 emails and 8 Facebook messages but still nothing

I've given up on getting the dice I ordered, and just want a refund. Email after email, FB Messenger too - no response. Filed complaint this morning with BBB, and saw that 11 others have recently done so as well.

As with everyone else, I ordered dice months ago (May 2019) and have received no communication other than a confirmation email and a lot of spam. I am also absolutely not buying their story of delays being the fault of a "third party supplier" because they keep running promos. Why would you run promos if you have orders from 6 months ago you still haven't fulfilled? Avoid.
