i would rate zero stars if i could, complete scam

Placed an order Jan 15th, two months and FOUR emails later I had no word on the status of my package. Opened a case with PayPal and received a message from them apologizing for the delay and offering me a free dice set as recompense. Finally got a shipping number from them and it was being sent to THE WRONG DAMNED CONTINENT!
I don't know if they're a scam company or not but their incompetence and unprofessionalism are baffling.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Fraudsters. Ordered dice for a Christmas gift in the first days of December. Did not ship. Contacted them in February, and took a week to reply to email, offering a gift for my trouble and to move me up the queue. It's FEBRUARY. Do not sell things you can't ship. I declined and requested a refund, again. Two weeks later, no acknowledgement, no refund. Had my bank do a chargeback.

Even after my last review and reply from Kinetic Gadgets I still haven't received the dice...

Extremely poor conduct as a business. Like many others here, I ordered some dice from KG and that was back in January. No updates, no delivery, and so far, no response from customer service. At this point, even if they do update and send me what I bought, I will never do business with this company again. Do not buy anything from this company. If anything, go to Dark Elf Dice instead. I know I will from now on.

I wish I could give 0 stars because they've literally scammed me at this point. I paid them for a product, they failed to send it, and now ignore every kind of correspondence I can toss at them. Emails, messages, comments... It all goes completely ignored.

I hope they go out of business soon so they can't continue to scam people into purchasing nothing.

I ordered a set of metal dice back in January because they had their free dice promo going on and I quite enjoyed all of their selections. Unfortuneatly I never got an email with a tracking number nor did I ever receive the dice long after 20 business days. I’ve sent them 3 emails, non of which were answered. I’ve noticed that they are responding to people on here so I really hope they can see this and we can work things out which will of course result in me giving them a better review! My order number is #7952

If I placed two orders, one back in December and one early January. It’s now February and both are late with no response from customer service. If anyone from KG is reading this, please get back to me on this.

Would give no stars if I could! I placed an order on 1/04 and still have not received it (2/27)! They took the money from my account but they will not respond to multiple emails and attempts to contact them! DO NOT trust this so called "business"!!

I placed my order in late December. It is now february and i’ve still heard nothing back from them despite multiple emails requesting an update. Terrible customer service, I want my money back

Don’t buy anything from this website!! There’s no customer service at all. I placed an order on 11/24/18 and I have only received one email saying they were “backed up” due to being under staffed during the holiday season... I still haven’t received my order!!! My Order is #6875 and I’m going to continue sending bad reviews and emails until I get what I paid for!!!!!

Similar issue unfortunately. Multiple email requests for shipping status update with no response. I ordered an item on 11/30/18 Order Number #6984 and have not received it yet.

This is a scam website. Buyer be ware.

I made two small ordered with them on the same day.

I went back to check the status and tried to log in and it said there was no account associated with my email address. The same email address I used to purchase the item with via paypal.

And they didn't respond to any of my emails until i gave them a bad review on facebook.

So yeah - it's a scam website.

I took these guys up on their free polyhedral set offer back in early January... still no dice. I finally received a shipping notice with tracking number, but the shipment itself hasn't even been handed off to USPS yet...it's been 37 days since I originally placed the order, and 15 days since the tracking number was generated. Be wary of these guys!!

So the first time I ordered from Kinetic Gadgets, it was one of their "free dice set" promos, and the order was slow to arrive, but expectedly so (the company says that orders will take about a month to arive).

However, shortly after, I also placed a different order that I paid for and got an order confirmation, but nothing else. That was nearly three months ago now. I haven't even gotten a shipping confirmation notice, and when I go to the website, it looks like nothing has shipped at all. I have now sent two follow-up emails, and not gotten any response. Honestly, the only reason this review is getting two stars instead of one is because the original order did actually arrive.

Given the lack of communication (or anything else) with the second order, I can't help but wonder whether or not Kinetic Gadgets is at all legit. I'd very much like to either receive my order or get my money back!

I have recieved no communication or response to my requests about my order that I placed nearly a month ago. They appear to not even have shipped it yet and it is supposed to arrive within the next two days. My order number is 7964.

I ordered a set of metal dice about a month ago now saying that i would get free tracked shipping, so far I've not received any emails about a tracking number and when i try to use my order number it says its not available. I've sent two emails trying to get an estimate on when it will be shipped or any type of communication and have yet to receive anything. I would like some essence of communication when i am spending money on your site.

Ordered a product and still have not received it well after the expected delivery date, No communication via email or Facebook.

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago and no movement on it yet. I tried to email this company twice and have received no responses. After reading what everyone else has said here, this seems to be a pattern with them. I think it is incredibly unprofessional for any company to have ZERO customer service.
