Not only do they let you order small quantities of tiles, which I couldn’t find anywhere else, but I also made a mistake on the quantity required and they managed to change the order for me. Awful customer service
Awful customer service. One of the item boxes arrived damaged and taped, and parts were missing. I contacted customer service and was told that replacement parts would be arranged. After months and several communications, nothing has arrived. We have had to stop the project and wait for the parts. JJ Roofing didn’t even apologise from beginning to end! All customer service did was simply forward my emails to their supplier’s customer service and then forward their replies back to me. Completely wasting of time and money. I can’t believe a company like this is still in business.
