Delivery of your velux roof lite
Delivery of your velux roof lite said 2 to 4 working days est. before I put my order in . Once ordered I get an email saying 10 working days at the earliest.
NOT A VERY GOOD ESTIMATE!!!!!!
To me that is poor service .
I have now got to fit the bathroom before the window!

As expressed by our Order Processing Team, in this instance the tiles were unavailable company-wide, and we could not order a full pallet of a non-stocked product. We offered alternatives, and agreed with you to a refund when no alternative was satisfactory.

Great friendly customer service
Great friendly customer service, prompt replies and quick delivery. There was a delay but that was a courier issue not JJ roofing and Dale was extremely helpful throughout to get the delivery sorted,

Jamie at JJ Roofing has been incredible from the first moment I spoke with him. He could not have done more to help and make me feel valued. A very polite and considerate guy who was incredibly patient, and nothing was too much work. I would definitely use JJ Roofing again.

Delivery should have been two or three working days, but instead we waited over 2 1/2 weeks just to be told that our window was damaged in transit not once but twice, and it was also deleted off of their system by mistake so they didn’t know we had an order.
Shop somewhere else.

Missing Parts
One of my roof windows was missing crucial fixing brackets and the handle. Currently seven days since I made JJ Roofing Supplies aware of this and I still haven’t received the missing parts despite making it clear that they were holding up the job and costing me money.

We can see you placed this order on 28.06 and that you received the windows on 02.07. This issue was then raised on 15.07 and I can see that all information was passed to the Manufacturer on the same day. As these fixings are coming to you directly from Altaterra, they have provided us a despatch date of 18.07 with Royal Mail. We are monitoring this issue closely and we will keep you posted with any update.

Not impressed with how pallet was…
Not impressed with how pallet was delivered. Several roof tiles broken because of the way the pallet was wrapped. Luckily I had ordered some spares.

Great Customer Service
Zakari was incredibly knowledgeable and saved me a great deal of hassle. Polite, friendly, and super helpful — everything you'd hope for in a merchant. Their prices are very competitive, and I’ll definitely be using their supplies again in the future.

Not happy with JJ Roofing
After spending hours researching the product I needed, I decided to place my order with JJ Roofing. The process was straightforward, and I was patiently waiting for delivery. However, a few days later, I noticed an email stating my order had been cancelled and refunded—without any explanation. I’ve attempted to contact their support team multiple times but have been unable to get through, which has been extremely disappointing. A simple acknowledgment or reason for the cancellation would have gone a long way.
