Ordered a Steph Curry puzzle which was advertised as having basketball player shaped pieces along with one branded wooden box. Instead the pieces were shapes of animals and trees and came in a draw... Leggi di più

J'ai offert 3 puzzles à ma compagne qui les a adorés. Leur complexité & leur beauté sont sans pareil. Les seuls bémols que je peux évoquer serait la petitesse de l'image représentant le dessin final &... Leggi di più
They sent me a wrong puzzle. The size smaller, the shape of pieces not a same as a site(the move of basketball players) and it came in a tissue bag without box. I payed for a L size and I got a M siz... Leggi di più

Don't give them any of your details
Don't give them any of your details. As once they have your details they do not stop sending you emails. There is no way you can stop them. Changing preferences doesn't work. Asking them nicely doesn't work. I just want them gone. They are a bloody nuisance jamming up my email.

Lack of communication does NOT equal scam!
Other reviews led me to believe this was a scam site. Then I couldn’t get hold of the company, no phone number to call and no response to email. Reported to Barclaycard to reverse the charge.
And then…
Puzzles arrived, panic over! Haven’t made them yet but they look fine. Quality of the cut is excellent, wood is lightweight but perfectly fine, and as other reviewers have mentioned they arrive in a black velvet type drawstring bag. Which is, when all is said and done, is just something to put jigsaw pieces in that isn’t a box. Not the biggest deal.
All good - now I’ve got to go back to Barclaycard though and tell them I made a terrible mistake…

Good concept but very poor quality
The puzzle is fun and challenging but the quality very poor. I had to glue 2 pieces as soon as they came out of the bag. They break easily. The image of the jigsaw was so small and pixelated that it was difficult to follow. The price paid is fair ( about 9$ for a small) but it is definitely not true that it is worth 90$ as suggested.

I purchased a few puzzles from this…
I purchased a few puzzles from this site and when I received them they were all completely wrong. Not a single puzzle I received match what I actually bought and they all come in small draw string bags so the pieces break easily. The picture they give you is so small and pixelated you can't even use it. I've tried contacting support with no luck. The only reason it didn't get a 1 star review is because the one puzzle I've completely came out looking similar to the puzzle. Hopefully the rest will.

Almost caught out with this...
Almost caught out with this... but on seeing the other reviews on here from reviewers who literally only have one or two other reviews of exact replicas of this site with the same, it becomes evident that the site is not legit. Multiple similar names on Facebook pages (Jeffpuzzle, Jeffpuzzley, Jeffpuzzle.store). No allowance for customer reviews. Just need to Google the name to see the site has a very low trust index. Unfortunate as the product would have been lovely...

scam puzzle site
Same formula. All these scam site are based in Fujian Province, China and offer amazingly low prices (red flag no. 1). Once again appeared via facebook, but showed a video from unidragon (who are legit) - you can see their brand on the box... Buyer Beware!
