Only gave 1 star as there was no provision for leaving a 0 rating. Paid $20 for shipping and, despite being unable to access tracking link, was met with a generic"thank you for reaching out to us" reply to 2 e-mail requests for help. No response at all to subsequent requests for help. Goods were needed for a gift and eventually arrived way after due date, missing the occasion. No apology for the lateness or offer of a reduction in the carriage cost in lieu of failure to deliver on time. Customer service extremely poor and will never use again

I love your puzzles. The colors and the details are beautiful. It’s also neat how they fit together.

I had a little problem with the cat puzzle I recently got. Two pieces were broken off.

very original puzzles, nice to make, I have 6 now, 1 not complete (piece missing) and it's correct that they don't keep together when made.

Order 5 of them, very original product. 2 pieces lightly broken, should put the content in a box for shipping. Everyboby was so happy to receive it, a big waww!! :-)

Vielen Dank.

Obsessed with these puzzles. Fun and creative

very disappointment some , no box, missing and broken pieces.... waist of money

I ordered 5. I have tried to put together the Giraffe.
beautiful puzzle. 1 piece slightly broken. a few not cut all the way through. impossible to keep together when building. Not suitable for a child to build. I will have to put them away for a few years.

j'adore ces puzzle j'en ai fait 3 et j'en ferais bien encore beaucoup d'autres. J'ai eu 2 pièces cassées mais on ne le vois pas une fois le puzzle assemble

While the puzzles received were beautiful and whole only two of the three I ordered were correct and when I contacted support I never received a responce.

Really nice. Enjoyed working on the puzzle.

Really good quality. Quick shipping.

Have ordered twice now, the first time 3 puzzles. The elephant, the horse, and the Wolf. the second time 4 puzzles. the dolphin the butterfly, the cat and the Tiger. All three puzzles in the first delivery were great, the piece that fits into the signature peace broke on the elephant puzzle, as it was very thin, but i just glued it to the other piece permanently, it works fine. I love doing them, they are beautiful, and the pieces are all original shapes with amazing colors. I only received the other 4 today, so do not know if there are any missing or broken pieces. I will review again once I have done the new ones.
Overall, good service. First delivery was slow to arrive, so i emailed them and it arrived a week later.

I have bought 10wood jig saw puzzles and 3 of them were missing 1 piece. Very disappointed to work so hard to get to the end to find that a piece is missing.

Best in class service, and very quick & correct delivery.

A pleasure to do business with.

Also product are high quality.

I love the puzzles I chose and will probably buy more

I love the puzzles, they are so unique and pretty. Unfortunately I ordered 3 of them and 2 out of the 3 had broken pieces which sucks cuz it messes up the whole fit/look/design

Beautiful designed good quality jigsaws. They are so addictive and relaxing ❤️

Very pleased with the puzzles bit fiddly as the pieces are small but great fun to make .
