These puzzles area a great concept. Unfortunately, one of the puzzle pieces is problematic. We put together one that had a whale or dolphin pice and the tail was broke off. The other problem for us is the pieces are small and hard to pick up for those of us with arthritis. Otherwise this is a cute idea. They come in nice velvet bags.. Shipping was good.

These puzzles are great when you are needing to destress. At first it’s like what the hell I got myself into 😂. Then you start to concentrate and your not stressing and bam tge puzzle is done and it’s sooo pretty. I love them.

I ordered 5 of the puzzles. Fun to put together. The dragon puzzle had a piece of wood chipped off one of the pieces. I sent picture to customer service and have never heard back from them.

I love the Jeffpuzzzle, but very few pieces are damaged. It is not bad. It is so beautiful pictures. I will order some later on. Thanks so much.

I got a puzzle that had broken pieces was told I would get a replacement puzzle it was never sent. I think there were 13 emails reply after reply never got my puzzle.

Unfortunately, I had one broken piece, but Jeffpuzzle's excellent customer service took care of it quickly. So now I have the complete puzzle. Thank you for being so helpful. Your puzzles are all fantastic and unique.

This was my very first puzzle like this , I found it hard to begin with but it was a challenge, but now I’m hooked .

i received mine in a velvet bag but its fine. i still think the puzzle was beautiful

I love my puzzle it is so cute. I only wish you would send a better picture with it. Other than that it was fun and hard at the same time. But there were no elephant shaped pieces. Thank you for the puzzle.

Good service, delivery arrived after 2 weeks.
The puzzle is very small, I bought the L size I don't think I'll buy again. But overall nice.

AWFUL service-cannot track - constantly getting “errors”.
Cannot get help from customer service as link won’t open.
I wish I had read the bad reviews first.
Had I known it was coming from China I would not have bought it
I most certainly would not recommend buying from this “person/company”

I would also give them no star if I could. It took ages for the purchase to arrive. with cheapest shipping offered, at a total cost for the 'large puzzle", of over $40.00. It arrived as just loose pieces in a cloth bag instead of a box. Because not in a box, many pieces were broken. And it was NOT a big puzzle either. Instead of a normal refund policy they offered a voucher for the next order. But who orders again if you’re so unsatisfied in the first place. Do yourself a favor and never buy from jeffpuzzles!!!!

Although my puzzle was missing a piece, the customer service rep I dealt with was very professional and dealt with the issue quickly. Instead of just sending me the missing pic, they shipped me an entire new puzzle. I was very impressed and ordered two more. I love them!

I’m getting emails to review my purchase. But I haven’t even received my purchase.

They require me to ship it to China before they will refund! It would cost me much more! DON'T BUY FROM JEFFPUZZLE! CROOKS.

Ordered three puzzles from their company.
Arrived with missing and broken pieces. Pieces are very thin and fragile.
Contacted the company and they offered a discount off my next order. Not going to place any more orders and they didn’t offer any refund, just an apology.
I would steer clear from this company.

Worst experience I've ever had buying puzzles or anything online! It took them over 2 months to get me the order, once I got the order the majority of the order was incorrect and had missing pieces. Anytime I emailed them it was the same answer over and over again which was that they would "let the supervisor know and get back to me." I stated I wanted a refund. They didn't respond and then they deleted my account on their website so I can't even see my original order. I would not recommend this company they are fraudulent and do not take care of their customers.

This bad experience started by being blindside about the company location. I would avoid this purchase knowing they are located in China.

Placed my order on Nov.24, 2021 and up to this date (Jan.07, 2022) the items have not been received.

The Logistics procedure have been vague from the beginning. Yun Express Tracking shows that the item was delivered to a local courier on 2021-12-04 however USPS did not show any update until 2021-12-21. USPS showed that the package was delivered on 2021-12-22. Not sure where they delivered it since I did not receive.

I have contacted the company about this problem and they insist that I contact USPS to solve the problem.. The items were not purchased from USPS, they were purchased from Jeffpuzzle, this being said they are the ones that needs to fix this mess. At this point fixing this mess means returning my money since we are done with 2021 xmas.

I should've looked for reviews prior to purchasing but thought this was a legitimate USA company.
