Jeffpuzzle Recensioni

It took a while to get the puzzles, but they are beautiful and unique.. Comes in a cloth bag with a small picture of what the puzzle should look like. My daughter loved them.

This is the absolute worst product I have ever seen.

#1 - it shipped from China but nothing on your web site tells you that when you order.
#2 - it comes in a bag with a tiny picture of the finished product. How are you supposed to use that to put a puzzle together? Have you ever done a puzzle before???
#3 - have you SEEN how tiny the pieces are? And they smell like some kind of spice that is awful.

I am thoroughly discussed with your product and will be posting as many online reviews as possible.

Shipping did take 2 months even with paying for expedited shipping. I did feel the shipping charge was cheap for international though. While waiting I emailed twice to follow up and both times I recieved prompt responses with new tracking links. The puzzles did arrive 2 months on and they are fabulous! The quality is great, all pieces accounted for, color just as advertised... I think they are well worth the wait and I love them! I feel with covid international shipping is just a mess. Not their fault🤷

I ordered a puzzle almost a month ago. They were quick to take my money but slow to deliver. I still do not have the product. I emailed them days ago about the issue and still have not received a response. TOTAL SCAM!

This thing is pure garbage. The “large” puzzle was about 10 inches tall by 5 inches wide, and the photo that comes with it as a guide is about 1 inch by 2 inches. Totally useless, half the pieces were broken.

I bought 4-5 puzzles over 2 months ago i ordered back in September 2021 i believe. They had a photo of a woman and 3 wolves surrounding her and i received instead a single blue howling abstract wolf. I have contacted their curstomer service via emails to which always have a long response time and nothing ever gets resolved. Their replies usually take a week or more and there is no telephone number to call.(i can see why) So beware i would not give them a single penny of my money ever again.

So far not a good experience. I ordered 3 puzzles almost 3 months ago. and still have not arrived. Uni Express the courier they use is very slow at updating the information. Today is Dec. 6th and last update was Nov 23 stating it arrived in my town. reading these reviews leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth and I am a little worried.

Do NOT Buy these!!!
Ordered! Ordered 3 puzzles, took over a month to arrive and arrived incomplete, site says approx 280 pieces, mine were 188, 146, 201, many piece broken... they will NOT refund despite many emails !! They want me to make them up (pointless exercise) and send more photo proof than I already have

Cheap crap not worth the money. Even the synthetic bag that the thin puzzle pieces came in was cheap and awful. So disappointed with the whole thing as the colours on the website looked so vibrant and the wooden pieces looked like they were quite thick - the colours were muted and dull and the puzzle pieces were almost tissue thin. This was going to be a gift for someone but I'd be too embarrassed to give it to them as it looks so tacky and cheap!

Don't waste your money.

Sent wrong puzzle, puzzle had 6 pieces missing, wouldnt refund or exchange
Wanted me to return puzzle at my own cost, customer service was terrible. Told i could get a voucher for use in the future, but they were having a closing down sale!! So i am out of pocket and have a few bits of scrap wood that i cant do anything with. Absolutely terrible company. AVOID!

The puzzle took absolutely ages to arrive. It is very unsubstantial, thin board and tiny picture guide. For the money it is very poor.

The prints are low quality. Wrong items send twice. No reply since I asked for refund. Actual Quality is cheap, pictures on the website are from other sources.

This company is from China. Very awful custer services. I have bought Medium size puzzle. It stated that dimensions 40cm by 40 cm. When it arrived was half of the size. I have sent photo and my receipt. Still no luck or the refund .They changed their size description afterwards online. Be away from any platform who sells things online from China. Because either the item is low quality or the stuff you get does not match the what you have seen online.

Do not order anything from here. The puzzles are terrible and look as though printed from the cheapest printer ever. Customer service is worse. Advertises closing sale - it’s not closing. Would give no stars if possible.

Didn't even buy anything. Entered in email to check for pricing of delivery and they have constantly sent me spam for many months from various emails i.e supportjeffpuzzle, jeffpuzzle, jeffspuzzles. Their closing down sale has been going on for months.

I never received my puzzles from this company. I have reached out numerous times and they replied once with ask the post office. The post office doesn't know anything. They have not tried to make this right. I do not recommend buying from this company.

Bought a turtle puzzle for my friends who loves turtles. In the ad it shows some of the pieces are turtles. Not one piece was a turtle and the quality is terrible. I reached out to the company about the false advertising and they said they are randomly cut. Looks more like the picture are photoshopped. Will not be giving this as a gift. Complete waste.

I ordered this and wow very challenging! The piece’s are very hard to find the other piece to. I thought concept is good but the finished product isn’t. For the price, it isn’t either. There are pieces broken and are will need to glue them together.
