Bought two belly bars, after wearing them for a few days they broke, contacted the instagram basically begging for a replacement and this was months ago, I keep on texting them on instagram but still no reply, shocking customer service bought these for a trip and didn’t even last the first two days. Buy if you want jewellery you get doesn’t last.

They replied on their instagram after ages of trying, sent them the evidence they needed to issue a refund as apparently they couldn’t find the emails that I sent them and it’s been a week since I sent them the evidence they asked for and STILL I haven’t gotten a replacement. I have contacted both your email and instagram but this issue has still not been resolved shocking behaviour. Also you replied saying you don’t do it through instagram so why have you been asking for the details through instagram a bit contradictory if you ask me.

After leaving negative reviews, rightfully so as this has been a negative interaction, she refuses to give me a replacement which I don’t want because it wouldn’t last anyways.

Layla (the owner) is rude and doesn’t know how to promptly deal with issues and the negative reviews are more or less about the same thing, her poor customer service so buy at your own risk.

Items are cute but don’t buy if you like quality products and issues to be resolved I would suggest invest in better products that will last you more than two days.

I’ve ordered quite a few times now and every time I’ve been so impressed! They have such cute pieces that I can’t find anywhere else and the quality is incredible especially for the price 🫶🏻 I’ve even placed an order a couple of days before I went on holiday and it’s been shipped out the same day for me! Couldn’t recommend enough 😊💞

Do not order from this company! Placed order, did not arrive.. no updates, no response to emails, nothing! 2 weeks after ordering still not got a clue whether or not my order will even turn up! DISGUSTING 😡

Love this company, always got so many new nice styles in! I've been ordering regularly for over a year and have never been disappointed. The stuff doesn't tarnish or turn your skin green which is something I always worry about when buying new jewellery

My daughter ordered 2 belly bars and only one arrived. After contacting the company, i had a brilliant experience and was dealt with in a very professional manner and given feedback in a positive way. I was advised that the missing item would arrive Monday but it came through our letter box on Saturday. Couldn't recommend this company enough and my daughter will be ordering again and telling her friends about it. Check them out you won't be disappointed. Great price and amazing quality.....very happy daughter

I ordered 2 navel piercings in different orders, got an email about one days later saying it was out of stock when it wasn’t when i purchased, they said they could change the colour to gold so i agreed, still none of my orders have arrived over a week later, i emailed and messaged their instagram and got no reply's. i’m really disappointed, what a waste of money. i wouldn’t recommend buying from here and hope this doesn’t happen to other people.

Dårligste service!! Bestilte en navle- og tungepiercing hos dem. På deres hjemmeside reklamerer de med 5-7 dages levering. Da jeg ikke havde modtaget noget 14 dage efter, skrev jeg en mail- fik hertil intet svar. Derefter kommenterede jeg deres tiktok promoverings videoer for at gøre dem opmærksom på min manglende bestilling. Til det vælger de at slette kommentarerne. Virksomheden kan BESTEMT IKKE anbefales!! Det er et scam
