My order has still not arrived despite ordering over a week ago, contacted via emails and dm and customer service via TikTok shop as I had placed my order from there and even customer sertfrom TikTok responded quicker and had said it should’ve been shipped out ages ago, very very disappointing in this service, a massive downgrade from years ago when I ordered previously.

Placed a good order at the start of March costing nearly alot. I have still not received my order. Customer care contacted me at the start when I emailed saying there was an issue with customs, the item was then returned back to them this was nearly two months ago now, I have not received my order and they are not replying to my emails. Extremely poor customer service. It's a pity as I would have bought much more but when your not guaranteed your order, poor customer service and waiting on refund for nearly two months it's a massive red flag.

It’s such a shame because the jewellery is pretty but I ordered 3 belly bars and two of whuch came with gems missing. I emailed the day of receiving them as described on the website for what to do if the jewellery is faulty however got no reply. I’ve emailed twice since but still no reply. I should have read the other reviews before purchasing because it seems this is a very common issue. Had high hopes for this store so very disappointing.

Absolutely gorgeous jewellery, and the packaging is so high quality, very surprised with the care and love put into the entire order.
Absolutely will be purchasing from here again.

This is literally the only jewellery I wear now - doesn’t tarnish AT ALL, can leave it on in the shower and everything. Still looks as good and shiny as new 10/10

Lovely brand with beautiful jewellery pieces! Had an issue with one of my belly bars and Layla got back to me so fast, and offered to send a replacement. Customer service manner is brilliant and the jewellery is stunning and doesn't tarnish! Will 100% be buying from here again x

great company! i’ve got extremely sensitive skin so jewellery is terrible to find for me but ive had this belly bar in since i got it and absolutely no complaints! no irritation or discomfort whatsoever, delivery was fast and packaged so safely, i’d definitely recommend

Amazing company I had a wee issue with a ring and it has been sorted straight away and a new replacement has been sent! fabulous customer service, very polite.

I purchased a nipple bar that was much bigger than the pictures made it look, when I wrote to customer service asking if there was any way I can get a discount for another one or change the bar by any chance before ordering again (if u dont ask u dont get, right?) They came back at me like id demanded a refund and got very defensive. This is the reply I got-

Finding an item uncomfortable does not make it faulty. Comfort is subjective. You can't buy an item, wear it for a day, decide it isn’t comfortable, and then demand a refund — that’s simply not how purchases work. Choosing a larger style was your decision.
We also don’t offer refunds, vouchers, or freebies in exchange for avoiding a review.

I've bought 3 belly bars from this company, and with every single one the charms have just dropped off, luckily when I've been at home eveytime.
I managed to get one back on but i can't with the other two

i ordered a belly bar and a gift box 2 weeks ago it did not arrive and I Got NO Mail about my tracking number from the royal house. they have very bad lack of communication, i send atleast 3 mails!!. Stolen my money.

My package that i ordered 2 weeks ago didn't arive on time. i also need to warn people that you can get a letter in the mail for costoms clearance costs. I needed to pay $12 extra. Also did not get any reaction from customer servise during the week.

I ordered from this company on 14th November and I received an update from Royal Mail 2 days saying they’re expecting it. It is now the 4th of December, I have emailed the company FIVE TIMES and had no response at all. Absolute scam! I would urge you not to buy from here unless you wanna lose money.

Absolutely beautiful jewellery! I have a nickel allergy and struggled to find nice hypoallergenic jewellery, until I found this brand.
All of the pieces I got are great quality and just beautiful. I’ve had no reactions whatsoever.

all of the belly bars i’ve purchased from here were not as described. i have to have hypoallergenic, gold jewellery due to my sensitive skin. they all tarnished, went green, left a nasty rash and fell apart. i always took them off before showering etc and have contacted customer services multiple times but have received no response. it’s a shame, as they were really pretty.

Don't order here!! My daughter ordered a belly piercing here 3 months ago from her own money, but uppon now we still haven't received it. I send 9 mails, withput result. At first I got an answer we had to wait, but now it still hasn't arrived, the last month I don't get any respons on my mails.
So don't order here, it is a waste of money and a big disapointment for the one that ordered it!! Even one star is too much..
