I have ordered multiple pieces in both gold and silver from illusive jewels, all of them have such a beautiful and high quality finish and the details are amazing and not like anything else I have seen. The belly bar isn’t heavy at all as I was worried the charm would be but it’s not! It’s very comfortable! The shine to it is just wow! I am in LOVE & would definitely be ordering from here again!

This company is selling counterfeit Dior and Louis Vuitton Chanel and other luxury brand items which are clearly chinese replica’s. This is NOT allowed. I have also been informed you are putting false information i.e ‘Tarnish Free’ or Stainless steel 14k gold plated when it is NOT. Your company are lying to consumers. I will be completing the Intellectual Property Infringement form and will be reporting this company! Selling counterfeit is illegal yet you are doing so freely on your website! AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I’d ordered a belly bar from illusive jewels because it stated it was tarnish free and I was sick of wasting money over and over again on belly bars that would last me a few days max before tarnishing

I wasn’t expecting to fall in love with the brand but everything from the jewellery, to the customer service and everything in between is 100/10

Ordered 3 rings and a hand chain, love them all! The gold is very nice gold, doesn’t look cheap and think they will wear really well. Customer service was great to return one ring which didn’t suit me and even got a free ring I gave to my friends!

Always had a great experience with this small business, ordered from them multiple times and deliveries always fast, my fave rings so far are the watch rings and I’ve had so many compliments on them, would recommend supporting this brand!

I purchased my item in December through Clearpay as I’m not very trusting of websites I’ve not used before a few days later my parcel arrived. upon arrival I discovered the padded envelope that it had been sent in had been ripped open I immediately contacted Layla at illusive jewels and sent over pictures to show the problem she told me that the item would still be inside. why she would think I would contact her if the item was still inside baffles me. I then sent over clearer pictures and explained further that there was in fact no item inside and even sent over royal mails delivery photo showing it was ripped she has since then ignored me and not even tried to rectify this so I’m out of pocket and still don’t have the item I ordered this was only a small order of £20 I dread to think what may have happened to people that have spent considerably more than me with this company

Layla if you read this you should work on your customer service as it is appalling
