all of the belly bars i’ve purchased from here were not as described. i have to have hypoallergenic, gold jewellery due to my sensitive skin. they all tarnished, went green, left a nasty rash and fell apart. i always took them off before showering etc and have contacted customer services multiple times but have received no response. it’s a shame, as they were really pretty.

Don't order here!! My daughter ordered a belly piercing here 3 months ago from her own money, but uppon now we still haven't received it. I send 9 mails, withput result. At first I got an answer we had to wait, but now it still hasn't arrived, the last month I don't get any respons on my mails.
So don't order here, it is a waste of money and a big disapointment for the one that ordered it!! Even one star is too much..

appalling quality, paid £30 for 3 belly bars and 2 have tarnished and 1 arrived broken, they sent a replacement for the broken one and it broke again when i'd only worn it for less than a day literally vile overpriced shein quality

Bought 3 belly bars, my parcel arrived with only 1 in. Envelope was sealed and so I emailed the company and Layla messaged me back saying that they had sent all the belly bars. I replied to her and explained they weren't in there to which I have no response since! I spent over £40 on these and they have literally stolen my money! Avoid at all costs!

This business is honestly a godsend, I've been on a long search for cheap, pretty and good quality jewellery and the piercings from here are just that!

I wanted to switch from gold to silver so I ordered from here for a second time and got the loveliest email, amazing customer service and the friendliest girl ever :)

I'm incredibly pleased with my experience with illusive jewels. I ordered a single straight barbell, and it arrived in a few days with a couple small extras! The jewellery is exactly as pictured, and I'm so happy with it! The little pink bag it came in is so cute, you get an "Illusive" sticker (going on my car!), a little note to say thank you for the order which has aftercare instructions on the back and a small QR code card with a link to their site. I was going to leave a review anyway because I love little extras like stickers, but the card does say you get a 10% off code emailed to you if you do a review over here. Again, I was going to review anyway but what a lovely little extra! All in all really pleased with this small uk business and I'll definitely buy from them again.

this is my second time purchasing from Illusive Jewels and their jewellery is amazing quality! I’ve struggled to find piercing jewellery in the past due to my skin allergies but the hypoallergenic jewellery is amazing i have no issues with it. Couldn’t recommend more☺️
