If i could give hisense a zero out of…

If i could give hisense a zero out of five stars i would. they were absolutely awful with assisting me with my tv. My Tv started having streaks on it out of nowhere (NO DAMAGE WAS DONE TO THE TV). so i called them and opened a claim case, the only person that was helpful in anyway was Tissan. It was a cat and mouse chase with the whole process. They asked me to send them pictures of my TV, i did. They didn’t like my pictures so they asked me to resend them, so i sent them. They asked for the model number, i sent them the model number. they didn’t like that i sent the model number that was on the box, so they asked me to take the tv out of the box and get the model number on the back of the tv. so i did and i sent it to them. then i got told that the case has been assessed and i will either receive a refund or a new tv. great right? absolutely not. they send a technician to come out and do a field destroy of the panel, the technician took pictures of the tv and told my husband that he can do the field damage but wants to know if he can take the tv after destroying it so we don’t have to worry about getting rid of the tv, awesome. i texted the technician about the update and he said hisense told him not to touch the tv and if i had any questions then i need to call hisense. so i call hisense and get told that my tv was damaged by customer (so me) and that it is not covered under warranty and there is nothing they can do. Hisense is an awful company and the employees do not care about their customers at all. do not buy any of your products from them.

You the idea that I'll be without a TV…

You the idea that I'll be without a TV for more than 24 hours is not a good enough for us if the TV have to be destroyed this is the only TV I have in my house so please stop doing whatever to do because I'll take my chances and I'll go buy another TV you guys not been very helpful it's not the first time this issues happened,And for me to be without a TV for a long period of time and it's not going to work.
So if you plan on sending someone Don't do so. I'll just leave with this crap that I bought And then I'll figure it out. what to do and buy one more TV but not from Hisense and i will make sure that more people will here's how this company operates with customer service.

DON’T BUY HISENSE & DON’T BUY ELECTRONICS FROM WALMART!

I AM IRATE!!! I purchased a Hisense TV online on July 13th, 2025, and picked it up from a Walmart Store. The unit failed on August 19th, 2025.

When I contacted Customer Service at the Walmart store to return the unit and get a new one, I was told that Walmart only warrantees electronics for 30 days. Of course, this seemed absolutely ridiculous and indicated to me that Walmart realizes and acknowledges that they are selling junk.

Of course, I then filed a complaint with Hisense after attempting to follow all of the ridiculous suggestions they gave to try to fix the unit. They agreed it needed repairing but took several weeks to let me know that they could not find a repair person to perform the repair and would be refunding my money.

During this timeframe I purchased a new TV from a reputable source and expected I would be receiving a refund shortly. They continually dragged out the process and for several weeks, supposedly they were sending email instructions for me, to the wrong email address.
After several attempts and another week, to get them to fix the email address, I finally got the correct instructions, filled out the refund authorization form immediately and emailed it back to them. They stalled again by requiring additional information, which I sent to them.

Then they were basically saying that they aren’t going to refund my money, and they will be sending a tech out to fix the TV.

THIS IS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS… I DO NOT WANT THIS PIECE OF JUNK AND I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THEY EXPECTED ME NOT TO PURCHASE ANOTHER TV WHILE THEY WERE DRAGGING OUT THE PROCESS.

DON’T BUY HISENSE & DON’T BUY ELECTRONICS FROM WALMART!

I just bought a Hisense 75" Canvas TV

I just bought a Hisense 75" Canvas TV. I have only had it in a day so this is not a critique of the TV, but I find Hisense customer support really lacking. I called up to find out how to get artwork on my TV. The tech support person who picked up didn't seem to know much about anything. For every question I asked, she had to put me on hold for 3-5 minutes even if it was a basic question. Then I got fed up with that slow process so I asked to speak to a higher level tech support person. Again, I waited 3-5 minute. she said no one was available, but they would call me back. I asked when they would call. She said 10-15 minutes. NO one ever called me back. If you want to really promote your brand and get good reviews, you really need good customer service and tech support so people don't experience what I did. Also, I signed up for $100 credit on google play. I submitted all the necessary documents including many copies of my purchase receipt so that everything was complete. When I submit things over and over again, it says the same thing that I haven't included all the information they need, and they want a copy of the receipt. I have probably sent them 4 copies of many different forms of the receipt. it seems like all Hisense wants to do is deny me getting my $100 google play credit because they have all the documentation many times. Again, if you want to be a top company and move up in reputation, you can't have crummy customer service and crummy tech support. I sure hope the TV is good, and I don't have trouble with it because from my experience so far, I have no faith in this company and rightfully so.

Rude customer service, $900 tv won’t stay connected to wifi since we bought it. Wants us to unmount the whole tv to take a picture of the back model number before they will get a tech out,

I bought a TV recently, and I am truly impressed with the quality of the display considering the price compared to other product. This is a good considerable development for people of modest income. I hope to see more improvements.

Zero stars

Would give zero stars if I could. Registered the product online. Need to file a warranty claim. No clear way to do it via the website. Sent and email clearly explaining the problem, serial number, model number, date purchased, where purchased (basically everything they ask for in the registration process). The email response was to ask for exactly the same information in the registration. Called their customer support number. There is not option to go directly to warranty support. Had to go through the "troubleshooting steps" their AI agent provided. Finally got to a live person and that was a nightmare exponentially. She wanted the exact same information as the registration and told me she could see it was registered but could not see any of the information.

I have sent a message to everyone in my department and all family members to avoid anything with the HiSense name on it. Absolutely horrible!

Hisense TV Nearly Caught Fire After 2 Months

Two months after buying my Hisense TV, it started smoking from the back and almost caught fire in my home. We had to throw it out the window to stay safe. When I contacted Hisense, they asked for pictures and said they’d “look into it,” but then provided no real help. A brand-new TV should NEVER become a fire hazard, and a manufacturer should take immediate responsibility for such a serious safety risk. This isn’t just poor quality — it’s a danger to families. Until Hisense takes product safety seriously and supports its customers, I strongly recommend avoiding this brand.

DO NOT BUY

This is regarding a deep freezer by this manufacturer. I had it just over a year and it died. It was literally never full just a couple of chicken strips and pizzas in there and it literally died for no reason at all. I would never buy anything else from this manufacturer. I know that companies do make products with the pre-knowledge of inferior products so that they won’t last forever and you would buy them again, but I don’t understand why they think you would buy them from that manufacturer again oh well.

Please do not waste your money on Hisense.

I would give this company negative stars if possible. Less than 1 year ago I purchased a 50 inch television to use in my spare room. 3 months ago I moved my home office to a leased space in a business park.

I am the only one in the office, I run an IT business and work long hours. I brought my Xbox and this tv with me to use in my downtime.

This tv has maybe 6 hours of use on it. When I turned it on it had lines across the screen. This is 100% hardware. Now Hisense claims it’s out of warranty because it was used for commercial purposes. It in no way was used for business. I’m the only one here. This office gets no foot traffic. There is 6 hours of use. You get what you pay for I guess.
*Low priced electronics (I should have seen it coming)
*Low quality product (fails after 6 hours of use in under a year)
*Won’t honor warranty (invalidates warranty for any possible reason - TV would have failed no matter where it was located)

For the record, their warranty states they don’t support commercial use, however the term commercial use would indicate usage with the purpose of making money. Since I was on my own time, and this is not used for any business intent or purpose or by the business in any capacity, it does not qualify as commercial use. Their warranty does not state what location is restricted. Under their definition of commercial use, then your car that you drive to and from work is commercial use…. Idiotic, right?!?

I asked them to do the right thing and they declined. I will buy another TV, but never will I buy a Hisense again.

Had this tv just under 3 years and it turns off every time I start a show. Customer support says they can not help at all as the warranty is out. Never had a tv die so quickly and never had customer service not even be willing to troubleshoot before just saying you’re out of luck. Don’t buy one it’s not worth the money

A company with no respect for their customers or product

I ordered a Hisense portable air conditioner from Costco at the start of summer. We were in the middle of a heatwave so I was anxious to get it set up. Once it arrived, it took a tremendous effort for my wife and I to get it upstairs as it weighed over 80 lbs.
That day I took it out of the box and started setting it up. I quickly realized the box was missing a crucial part. There was no window kit at all.
I called Costco customer service and they in turn contacted Hisense. They told me Hisense had 3 business days to respond. After a week Costco called me to see if I’d heard from Hisense. I hadn’t.
They contacted them again and Costco called me telling me Hisense needed pictures of the unit for clarification. Ten days after that Hisense called me and said they did t know which part I needed. I informed them that Costco gave them exactly what was missing including the part number. The woman from Hisense was extremely rude and told me she thought I was making it up to get a second window kit. I was in disbelief. I’ve never been called a liar by a company before.
I Called Costco and they said they would follow through. By now it was nearly a month since the ac arrived. We had had two plus 100 heat waves that we had to suffer through.
One week late Hisense called again and said they were sending another window kit and it should arrive in 5 to 10 days. Ten days later nothing had arrived and I contacted Costco. Costco called me back and told me Hisense was sending out another window kit. That one never arrived and it’s impossible to believe they ever sent a single one out.
Ten days later I contacted Costco and they had the unit picked up by UPS nearly two months after it arrived. Hisense has no shame and they have no respect for their own product or their customers.

Poor customer service!

Did not appreciate the manner in which my case was handled regarding a defective chest freezer.Within the 4yrs of having this freezer it stopped working twice.It was given to me as a Christmas gift back in 2021 and I was not able to produce a receipt and despite me providing other details regarding the purchase it was no good in getting it repaired.I was even told without having a technician access it that is was not covered under the 5year warranty.I will be throwing the freezer out likewise all the other Hisense products I own as well as telling my friends and family about the poor experience so they can boycott this brand!

If I could leave zero stars I would. To start we purchased the 85” hisemse tv at wal mart just after Black Friday last year, the tv was less than 3 months old when the volume started rapidly turning itself up on its own, I wasn’t too concerned with that and just would turn it down, then not long after the right side of the screen went darker than the left, very aggravating to watch on at that point and contacted “HISENSE” took a couple months b4 they finally replied. They ask for the model and serial number, purchase date, the store location, the store purchased from and price we paid. We provided all of that and then they said we need the receipt showing we purchased the TV, being 5-6 months at the time that receipt was long gone, they faded away to a blank paper after so long, but I gave them pictures of the day we bought it, pictures of it in my truck, pictures of it in my living room, pictures of it installed on the wall. Went back and got the bank statement where it shows I purchased the tv with the dates, price and store. They responded with simply
“NEED RECEIPT OR WE CANT HELP YOU” kinda lost at this point, don’t wanna spend the money again on another “BETTER BRAND UNIT” this time after just paying good enough money for this one and the one in my bedroom. How do companies get away with outright theft? Does lemon law apply to junk TV’s? I have other of their products but will never purchase another, and all my friends and family are on board also. I like to give these companies time and the benefit of doubt but after all these months and no help, stop replying and down right now”YOURE OUT OF LUCK” from them has really left me no choice but to come here and leave this review. It’s gonna go everywhere I can possibly leave it, theft is theft, sure I willingly paid for the product, and got said product, but may as well be selling people empty boxes at this point. Be a lot easier to throw in the trash atleast.

Hisense Refrigerator/Customer Service

Saturday 19th our refrigerator went out. 10 months old. Wife called CS and they sent us an email. Said a Tech would reach out. Nothing and we called back on Wednesday and CS said we were on hold for whatever reason. Said they changed it and a tech would reach out. Wife reached out today (Thursday)to tell them we've not received a call. CS said they'd be out next Wednesday. Wife asked if we could get an RA. No, a Tech has to look first. So we have to go almost 2 weeks before a service Tech comes out. We've already ruined food from your junk. Thanks a lot for the help. I will not be buying Hisense anymore.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

I called because I was trying to mount my brand new television to my current wall mount. The first thing they did when I called customer service was lie to me and tell me that their TVs were not made for wall mounts. When I told him he was lying to me he simply hung up.
They don't include the hardware, meaning the screws that actually fit the TV in the box so you have to go out and buy them but but they won't tell you what size they are so you have to buy a lot of different sizes just to figure it out. I decided if their support was this awful before I even turn the TV on it was better to return it to Costco and get my money back

They dont care about customers or there poor products

I bought a portable ac unit for over 300 dollars. It weighs over 125 pounds. Worked well for 15 days, then stopped. Customer service was worse than the failed product.they couldn't care less thet I have a bad heart, my bedroom is 3 flights up. The unit i bought said they have technicians who will service the unit. Nope.. I was degraded and insulted. The website is a travesty. As soon as you call you get put in hold with Mexican standoff music. It's like a bad Clint Eastwood movie. I will bring this unit back to the store but I highly advise this company gets shut down!!!

Hisense TV horrific customer service

I recently purchased a Hisense 55u8n. I had issue with settings on the TV. I was having trouble figuring it out so I call customer service. What a waist of time. The customer service was so unprofessional and did not even know their own product. The 1st person was laughing and talking with someone else near them barely paying attention to me. They did not know the product at all. I asked for a supervisor and she was not much better. She was more professional but again didn't know the product. Everything i was told to do was wrong and after 4 days figured it out on my own by accident. I was actually looking for a different feature when I found the fix to my original issue. Was just a setting problem and they were alluding to a defective TV or said my hi end TV just couldn't do what I expected it to do. If I could give their customer service negative stars I would.
