Worst customer service

We watch the TV one day and all of a sudden the TV goes ghosting with lines through the whole TV. We call the company for the warranty cuz we've only owned it for a year. They sent a repairman 5 days later so we could not watch TV for 5 days cuz it was broken and then when the repairman came they told them it was unrepairable he destroyed the TV we had to pay him $50 to take it cuz it was too heavy for us to take and dispose of. And now we have to wait according to them two business days but since he came late it adds another day three business days there's a weekend in between 2 weeks without a TV with the biggest basketball game on I begged them for a refund so I can buy a different brand but I have to wait the worst customer service

What a horrid company to try and do business with. I've been without an oven for 6-weeks! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. They do not call back. They do NOT send parts. They do NOT care! I just want them to take this crappy oven back!!!!!

The absolute worst company and worst…

The absolute worst company and worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They are literally stealing money from people by selling defective products and then not honoring warranties and making the whole customer service so impossible that it’s obvious they are trying to get you to give up. @IHATEHISENSE

Broken Product 2x in Row

Our first gas stove that was ordered wasn't even correctly made - the delivery workers thankfully noticed that a piece for the front burner of the stove didn't fit before it they installed the unit. Hisense was informed and we were told a replacement would be sent 24-48 business hours later. The replacement unit did come within that time frame, but after having the oven installed all weekend (was delivered on Friday), my family kept insisting that there was a faint gas smell in the kitchen. Come to find out that there is a literal GAS LEAK from a faulty part within the stove. Upon calling the company, my family was told that they will 'have someone call within 24-48 business hours for a technician to come and check it out.' After the 48 hours, we called again since we didn't get an update. Turns out that Hisense had done a search for a 'Tech in our Area', but when there weren't any, THEY JUST DROPPED IT. They didn't bother to inform us about any issue on their end, they didn't bother to contact the department store we had bought it from, they just decided to do nothing. Every time we call customer service, we are told completely different information from what we had been told before. Became a nightmare of a process to try and explain that our product was faulty and we were NOT going to pay for it. Ended up just asking for a store credit and moving on to another brand that we are more confident in. Do NOT recommend working with this company for ANY of their products. Spend the extra cash and go for a more reputable company.

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and the company’s failure to honor its warranty. My oven — which is less than two years old — has not worked for over a month, and despite constant back-and-forth communication, there has been absolutely no resolution.

The company has acknowledged that my warranty is valid and confirmed that all required documentation has been received and is complete. Multiple representatives have told me everything is “in the system” and that my claim is approved or being processed. Yet nothing actually happens.

Every time I call, I’m forced to repeat the entire situation because there seems to be no coordination or accountability. I’m transferred between departments, placed on hold for long periods, and promised callbacks that never come. There is no urgency and no clear timeline for repair or replacement.

A product that is less than two years old should not fail like this — and a warranty should not require this much effort to be honored. Instead of standing behind their product, this company has left me without a working oven for over a month while continuing to delay action.

This experience has been frustrating, exhausting, and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone who expects reliable customer service or a company that actually honors its warranty.

I’ve never owned this brand before this…

I’ve never owned this brand before this was the first time and sadly to say it’s the last time I buy this brand at first it was a great picture and it worked great then two months later it started having issues the picture quality wasn’t the same started freezing up glitching. The apps corrupt what a wont open I contacted customer service and the service is very poor and very unprofessional. I don’t recommend this brand.

They don't honor their warranty and their products are garbage.

I have their 65" TV and the main HDMI port with eARC stopped transmitting sound and will no longer control my receiver. I called to submit for warranty and spent hours on the phone only for them to refuse support. They will just come up with excuses to reject the warranty. They first told me to use an optical cable for the sound as the "fix." That is not a fix as it provides lower quality sound and does not actually fix anything. The HDMI port is still bad and does not work as it should. When I said that, they then rejected warranty because they said that they don't recommend the use of an audio receiver. What?? I have never heard something so ridiculous. That is precisely what a receiver is for and has no bearing on this TV or how it works or doesn't work. What a piece of crap company. I now have a $1000 piece of garbage in my living room. They also said that the built in speakers work so there is no reason for repair. Never mind that one of the ports no longer works. I will never again purchase anything of this brand after learning how they are the hard way. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING OFNTHIS BRAND OR YOU, TOO, WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY. By the way, the search forums and this loss of sound is way too common of any issue and Hisense is aware of it. I had already purchased the TV when finding this issue. What a garbage company with garbage employees. Their Rep was rude, I could hardly understand him, and he didn't know anything about audio/videos systems. Buyer beware!

If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible, horrible customer service. Our Hisense refrigerator started leaking less than a year after purchase and they intentionally ignored us and gave us the runaround until the warranty was up so they wouldn’t have it fix it. Will never ever buy anything from this company ever again and I would advise everyone else to do the same.

Terrible customer support

Called customer support and it took me 20 minutes to actually talk to someone, then my connection ended before anything could be done. I think they hung up on me. Terrible support.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

We bought a Hisense TV from Sam's Club to be housed in our farm house, which we only visit occasionally on weekends. Immediately after installing the TV, noticed black streaks coming down the upper left of the screen. We had already missed our return window with Sam's by the time we made it back out to bring the TV home and return it, so we tried to file a warranty claim. They hackled us to death with separate requests for pictures and videos of the issue. They would say, we need the entire screen (even though the portion cut off in the photo was the trim in the bottom right corner). After 3 or 4 times of back and forth pics and videos, I received a phone call stating that they determined that it was an issue with the optical film, likely damaged during shipping or handling, and that it would not be covered under warranty. I told them that I put the photos into chat GPT and it said it was a backlight issue, and asked them what ever happened to having a technician come out and access the problem, and how could they make a definite determination using pictures and videos only? He told me to try back with Sam's, after I already told him that the return window had passed. We are now just out all this money for this TV. Customer service is horrible, and we will never buy another Hisense TV.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. My 4 month old Hisense refrigerator quit working 11 days ago. I called the company and got transferred from one person to another and got disconnected twice and had to start over. I was given a claim number and I was told to send in a copy of my receipt and a pic of the model number, date of manufacture etc. why I did right away. A week has gone by and nothing, I called again yesterday and was told they were sorry nobody has responded but they would put in a another request to have someone call me with a time to set up an appointment. My guess is that I will hear nothing and will have to make yet another call. I will NEVER buy another Hisense product. The cheaper price isn't worth it.

Complete 🗑️! Avoid this company and their horrendously made TV’s. We had purchased a 75 inch 4K tv that we have had mounted on our wall since we bought it. After being prompted to update the device, the unit would no longer turn on and a giant internal crack appeared on the screen. Keep in mind that the tv screen has absolutely no damage at all, nor is there any damage to the overall device at all. When I called customer service, they were exceptionally rude and blamed me for the problem and said that it was out of warranty and that I must have damaged the unit. We have had the tv mounted on the wall since day 1… the tv has never moved!!

Safe to say that we will never be buying another one of their garbage tv’s. Take my advice and spend the extra money and get a better tv.

If there was a negative five star that is what customer service would get

If there was a negative star I would give them a negative five star as I was on hold for 35 Plus minutes and then they hung up on me and that was after I called four different times and talk to different people as they all hung up and none of them know how to speak or understand proper English I do not recommend these people at all horrible customer service.

It's been over a month since I first…

It's been over a month since I first filed a claim on a less-than-one-year-old 50" Hisense tv. Despite multiple emails requesting additional information (provided); acknowledgement that they are in receipt of everything requested; and statement that I should receive either a full refund or a replacement television within 3-5 business days, I am still without either --- nor an indication of when I will be in receipt of such. Terrible system and customer service. Steer clear.

If i could give hisense a zero out of five stars i would. they were absolutely awful with assisting me with my tv. My Tv started having streaks on it out of nowhere (NO DAMAGE WAS DONE TO THE TV). so i called them and opened a claim case, the only person that was helpful in anyway was Tissan. It was a cat and mouse chase with the whole process. They asked me to send them pictures of my TV, i did. They didn’t like my pictures so they asked me to resend them, so i sent them. They asked for the model number, i sent them the model number. they didn’t like that i sent the model number that was on the box, so they asked me to take the tv out of the box and get the model number on the back of the tv. so i did and i sent it to them. then i got told that the case has been assessed and i will either receive a refund or a new tv. great right? absolutely not. they send a technician to come out and do a field destroy of the panel, the technician took pictures of the tv and told my husband that he can do the field damage but wants to know if he can take the tv after destroying it so we don’t have to worry about getting rid of the tv, awesome. i texted the technician about the update and he said hisense told him not to touch the tv and if i had any questions then i need to call hisense. so i call hisense and get told that my tv was damaged by customer (so me) and that it is not covered under warranty and there is nothing they can do. Hisense is an awful company and the employees do not care about their customers at all. do not buy any of your products from them.
