Fantastic experience, FAB....
Fantastic experience, thanks to the guys here, so close to Christmas were able to replace 2 tyres, despite a tight workload. Amazing thank you so much.
Restored my faith in trust. Another local establishment, MOT'd my car and sent me on my way with a seriously bald tyre last year.
Thanks to you all, great service, friendly and warm, Merry Christmas....!!!!

A couple of new rear tyres
A couple of new rear tyres. Ordered online. Competitive price. Choice of fitting times (a.m.or p.m.) and locations. Fitted the next day at local outlet. I 'phoned them as advised to confirm the email message I got to say the tyres were ready. The local garage, who I've known for 20yrs+, were able to give me a more specific time to attend for a quick fitting while I waited. All done neatly, efficiently and in a COVID-secure manner. Good customer service. Happy to recommend.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Unfortunately the tyres did not arrive on the date booked (supplier's fault not my local HiQ branch) but I was kept fully informed and offered the next day at any time which suited me. The staff were courteous and very careful around social distancing and sanitisation of my property

Very good service
Very good service all round, from the online booking, the telephone confirmation of the time to take the vehicle in and the speed, level of service and collection process. Only minor niggle was the sealant not wiped from the rim.
