I ordered 4 tyres and booked my pm time…
I ordered 4 tyres and booked my pm time slot. I received a call from Mark mid-morning asking if I could bring the car in earlier which I did. On arrival, the fitters Keith and Ryan got straight on with the task which was completed efficiently and quickly. Mark also price matched the tyres with another HiQ branch closer to my house. As a returning customer to this branch, I knew the customer service would be first class. Thank you Mark and the team.

Booked my car in for replacement tyres and I couldn't fault the service at all. Brought my car in at 9am and within the hour, it was ready.

25 years of excellent service.
I ordered four tyres the same in error as the rears should have been wider. HiQ made no problem of it, simply ordered the correct tyres for me. I have been using them exclusively for 25 years and would not go anywhere else.

Really excellent customer service, and friendly and helpful staff at the Burgess Hill branch. And £60 cheaper than a local garage.
