Excellent, friendly service

They do what they say on the can 👍. No frills, no faffing around, just good efficient service.
Expensive, high specification replacement tyre ordered for my Jag XKR at a very competitive price and fitting appointment made online. HiQ sent me an Email advising that the tyre had been received and would I like to bring the appointment forward? I chose to adhere to the original appointment date and time.
All tickity-boo.

Fantastic service as usual
Used the online booking for the first time - it was easy to use, gave lots of options and information and allowed me to choose an afternoon appointment.
The team at Burgess Hill called to organise a specific time, were ready to start work as soon as I arrived and completed it in under an hour.
Great helpful friendly service as usual.

A long way from home and help needed late on a Friday…
Full marks for the Manager and team at Burgess Hill HiQ. Helped me out massively after I limped my car there late on in the day on a Friday.

Quick, efficient and very reasonable.
From booking online to getting my tyres replaced the service was quick, easy and efficient. The staff at the garage were friendly, helpful and very quick.
