Get gear fast and cheap!
Gearbroker made it possible to get very fast and cheap the gear I needed. Without any problems! That was a very nice experience.

Practical!
Practical way to rent things you don't use very often. So far, only positive things to say about the service.
The only thing I disagree with is having a picture of your ID taken by everyone you rent something from. From a safety, security, privacy standpoint there's a huge risk of abuse and identity theft.

Risposta di gearbooker.com
Hello Zakaria, first off, thank you for your kind words!
As for the matter of ID pictures taken, please rest assured: those images are never stored on the device itself but only sent to our servers where they are being processed with the highest safety standards.
Hope to see you back soon!
EDIT: hello Mariam, our apologies for the late response. Our helpdesk is a bit overwhelmed by the number of tickets due to our recent very rapid growth of Gearbooker. Please note that we have just now answered to you in a private conversation.
Excellent servies
Very good communication and a lot of options available!

Beste service hier!
Beste service hier!!

Great website - needs an app
I really like how professional it is, much more so than Fatlama - however I do wish there was an app!

Fantastic idea! (still room for small improvements)
Fantastic idea to rent your unused gear and bake a little money on the side.
The renting process is relatively easy, it could use more reminders and clear step by steps after both the renter and owner agree on a renting period.
I wasn't notified that I had to take a picture of the renters ID and a photo of them with their ID next to their face on the platform and that I wouldn't be able to just upload it afterwards.
Overall it's a great site and hopefully I get to rent more of my gear when it's not in use.
