Waited 3 weeks dress for a funeral.
Arrived today ordered xl was prob size 12 !!!
Quality awful
Requested a refund they offered me to choose a different dress but as a gesture of good will do it half price and I would pay £10 lol not a chance needs reporting !

I really wish I have looked at trustpilot before buying off this website. It is disgusting. None of the photos are real they say they accept refunds but they do not. It is a complete con. All items are horribly made. Fabric is disgusting. It’s false advertising. They need to be shut down.

Really bad experience. I have been scammed. They don’t answer the customer service phone line. I have no idea when my order will arrive (coming from China!!).
I have requested to cancel & I doubt I will ever see my money or get a product.

Offer goods the the same value if you are prepared to pay a further £9.95p+p. Simply do not buy from this scamming company. Should have read the reviews first 😩

Over priced poor quality clothing which takes weeks to arrive and they won’t refund even though it states in the FAQ’s they would - they claim they don’t return cut price items but couldn’t provide me with a link where that was stated!!! I paid £42 for a dress that other online retailers like shein and temu would sell for £5 and at least items from both those websites you can return !!!
They should be ashamed to use London in their organisational title it gives a false impression that this is a UK based company

Avoid at all costs!! I paid almost £40 for a top and the quality is really terrible 🫤. Looks nothing like the picture and I had waited 3 weeks for it to arrive. Did not realise that it was coming from China. Total Rip off!! 😡

A long, long wait with lots of cheery emails from them assuring me that my dress was on its way.
It arrived today.
It is difficult to put into words how absolutely appalling this garment is. It's nothing like the photo, about half a metre too long, and made of weird, thin, stiff, shiny material that is practically see-through. The fastening button at the back of the neck seems to have been sewn on in the dark and doesn't align with what must be the tiniest of loops, so even if you had a moment of insanity and decided to wear it, you wouldn't be able to fasten it.
To be perfectly honest, I'm not even going to attempt a refund, and am not about to foist this dishrag onto a charity shop, it isn't even good enough for cleaning the car. So - bin!

SCAM, not UK based, items delivered are of poor quality and nothing like the description, cannot return unless you are happy to pay for the postage, packing and customs back to China at your own cost! DO not use.

The worst possible ever experience with this scam company!!!!!! Avoid at all costs or you will lose your money.

The garment sent did not look like the garment advertised and no help to return as they said postage was expensive so given option to buy another item with a discount which is not worth doing as what would they send next time NIGHTMARE COMPANY

Ordered an item from this company with the assurance that it would be sent by Royal Mail and there was a 30 day “no hassle” return guarantee.
Unfortunately non of this is true.
The substandard item came and was totally not as described and unwearable as it was so poorly made it was transparent.
They offered me a 20% discount as it would cost more than the item was worth to return to China and it was all in their return policy. If I had been informed that the item was coming from China I would not have bought in the first place!
Please don’t give this company your hard earned money as it’s all a scam!!!

The loafers that I ordered were nothing like the ones in the photo. They were advertised as being £35 instead of £70. The blurb stated arrival within 2-3 working days. Two weeks elapsed before they arrived. They were very poor quality so I contacted customer services to request a return. I was offered a 10% refund and told I could keep the shoes as returning them to China would be costly. I turned down the 10% stating that I wanted a full refund, 20% was offered! The shoes are going in the bin and I will never buy from them again, shoddy, cheap tat.
