In spite of a great experience at the store, the delivery time exceeded the promised period, 2.5 months instead of 7 days for the pair of chairs. When we wanted to amend the order due to a change in circumstances, we were told that the cancellation fee of 25 percent would be applied. It seems unfair to the customers.

We had a very good experience at Furniture Village Milton Keynes. The gentleman who helped us was very friendly and professional. He took the time to answer all of our questions and explained everything clearly about the sofa. We really appreciated his help and felt very comfortable with our purchase. Had a great experience with Pete C when we went to buy our sofas. He was able to make us a great deal and gave us the best offer along with complimentary items. Very kind and welcoming. Now we have two new sofas coming for Christmas!

There was no hard sell, no constantly being pestered by sales rep.
Left to browse hassel free but when we needed advise the staff were happy to assist.
Also felt like we got good value for our money.

Stephen Cooper greeted us but did not push us to buy but let us find our own way around the store because we didn't have a clue as to what we wanted. He kept checking on us until we decided what we liked. He was nice and polite

What an absolutely wonderful lady and ambassador Jennifer Flint is for furniture village. She absolutely gets customer service and greeted and helped us in the most kind, considerate and thoughtful manner. Informative, knowledge and caring. Take care of this one member of staff. There not many like Jennifer about these days.
